مدل محرک‌های نتیجه‌ای صنعت 4.0 در مراقبت‌های بهداشتی: رویکرد مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری فراگیر فازی

مقدمه: انقلاب صنعتی چهارم یا صنعت 0/4 با بهره‌مندی از فناوری‌هایی مانند اینترنت اشیا، اینترنت، رایانش ابری و هوش مصنوعی درک ما را از دنیای پیرامونمان تغییر خواهد داد. این صنعت کاربردهای گسترده‌ای در بخش سلامت دارد در نتیجه‌ این تحقیق با هدف شناسایی و مدل‌سازی محرک‌های نتیجه‌ای صنعت 0/4 در بهداشت و درمان کاشان انجام شده است.روش بررسی: این تحقیق از نوع تحقیقات آمیخته است و در 2 مرحله انجام شده است. در مرحله اول محرک‌های نتیجه‌ای شناسایی و در مرحله دوم مدلی برای آن‌ها ارائه شد. شیوه نمونه‌گیری، در هر 2 مرحله هدفمند بود. تعداد مشارکت‌کنندگان در مراحل تحقیق به ترتیب 14 نفر و 10 نفر، ابزار گرداوری داده‌ها مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته و شیوه تحلیل داده‌ها، تحلیل تماتیک و مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری فراگیر فازی است.یافته‌ها: در این تحقیق 55 محرک نتیجه‌ای شناسایی گردید که در قالب 12 مقوله دسته‌بندی شدند. بر اساس مدل‌سازی ساختاری محرک‌ها مشخص گردید که محرک‌های «بهبود علم پزشکی»، «طراحی محصول و خدمت»، «دسترسی و حفاظت از داده‌ها»، مهم‌ترین محرک‌هایی هستند که می‌توانند در سیاست‌گذاری‌های کلان کشور، سیاست‌های بخش سلامت و استراتژی‌های سازمانی در نظر گرفته شوند.نتیجه‌گیری: به منظور تشویق بخش سلامت برای رفتن به سمت بهداشت و درمان 0/4 لازم است سه ضلع اصلی (دولت، جامعه و مدیران بخش سلامت) در این خصوص آگاهی لازم را کسب کنند. با توجه به یافته‌های تحقیق لازم است مزایای کاربرد صنعت 0/4 در بهداشت و درمان در قالب کارگاه‌های آموزشی برای مدیران بخش سلامت و سیاست‌گذاران دولتی برگزار شود.

industry 4.0 outcome drivers model in healthcare: a fuzzy total interpretive structural modeling approach

introduction: the fourth industrial revolution or the 0.4 industry will change our perception of the world around us by benefiting from technologies such as the internet of things, the internet, cloud computing and artificial intelligence. this industry has wide applications in the health sector. as a result, this research was conducted with the aim of identifying and modeling the resulting drivers of the 0.4 industry in kashan health and treatment.methods: this research is a mixed type of research and was done in 2 stages. in the first stage, the outcome drivers are identified and in the second stage, a model for them is presented. the sampling method is purposeful in both stages. the number of participants in stages 1 and 2 is 14 and 10 people, respectively, the data collection tool is semi-structured interviews and a researcher-made questionnaire, and the method of data analysis is thematic analysis and fuzzy total interpretive structural modeling.results: to identify the outcome drivers of using industry 4.0 in the health sector, 55 drivers were identified through interviews, which were categorized into 12 categories. based on the drivers model, it was determined that improving medical science, product and service design, access, and data protection are the most important drivers that can be considered in the country’s macro policies, health sector policies, and organizational strategies.conclusion: to stimulate the health sector to go towards healthcare 0.4, the three main sides (government, society, and health sector managers) must gain the necessary knowledge in this regard. according to the findings of the research, it is necessary to hold recent developments in the field of medical science, which have been caused by industry 4.0, in the form of educational workshops for health department managers and government policymakers.
