ارزیابی ظرفیت‌ها و تنگناهای اخلاق هنجاری در سیاست‌ورزی «اخلاق فایده-وظیفه‌گرایی» به‌مثابۀ تمهیدی در جهت سازگاری اخلاق و سیاست

سازگاری میان اخلاق و سیاست، ضرورتی مبرم در نیل به ساختارهای سیاسی و سیاست‌ورزی اخلاق‌محور است. بر این اساس، سه مکتب فضیلت‌گرایی، فایده‌گرایی و وظیفه‌گرایی ارزیابی می‌شود تا ظرفیت‌ها و تنگناهای هریک آشکار و تبیین شود. بدین‌منظور از روش تحلیل مفهومی و ارزیابی انتقادی در بستر فلسفۀ تحلیلی استفاده شده است. برایند این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که در راستای سازگاری اخلاق و سیاست، نمی‌توان صرفاً به یکی از مکتب‌های اخلاقیِ سه‌گانه بسنده کرد. راه‌حل پیشنهادی نویسنده، برگرفتن آموزه‌هایی از فایده‌گرایی و وظیفه‌گرایی در کنار« قاعدۀ زّرین» است تا از سویی امکانات این دو مکتب مورد بهره‌برداری قرار گیرد؛ از سوی دیگر، از تناقض‌ها و ناسازگاری‌های این دو در سیاست‌ورزی اخلاقی فاصله گرفته شود. نقطۀ عزیمت این طرح تلفیقی، اخلاق سیاسی برخوردار از درون‌مایۀ نظری و توانمندی کاربردی در گسترۀ سیاست است.

AN EVALUATION OF THE CAPACITIES AND DEFICIENCIES OF NORMATIVE ETHICS IN STATESMANSHIP“UTILITARIAN DEONTOLOGICAL ETHICS” AS AN ENDEAVOUR TOWARDS CONSISTENCY BETWEEN MORALITY AND POLITICS

Attaining consistency and coordination between morality and politics is a vital necessity for achieving a moraloriented political structure and statesmanship. Therefore, three schools of virtue ethics, utilitarianism, and deontological ethics are evaluated in order that their capacities and deficiencies are explained and revealed. For this purpose, we have used the methodology of conceptual analysis and critical evaluation within analytic philosophy. The outcome of this study suggests that merely one of the triple moral schools cannot be sufficient to provide consistency between morality and politics. Therefore, my proposed solution is to take some propositions from utilitarianism and deontological ethics together with Golden Rule to exploit the potential of these two schools of thought on the one hand, and to make divergence in the contradiction and inconsistency in moral politics on the other. The point of departure for this compilation is a political morality which enjoys theoretical theme, and the applied capacity in the realm of politics.
