علل و عوامل عقب‌ماندگی و توسعۀ ملی در ایران از نگاه عزت‌الله سحابی

این مقاله می‌کوشد با نگاه اقتصاد سیاسی، علل و عوامل عقب‌ماندگی ایران و راه برون‌رفت از توسعه‌نایافتگی ایران را از منظر عزت‌الله سحابی تحلیل و بررسی کند. فرض نوشتار حاضر بر این ایده استوار است که وی در عرصه نظری از آموزه‌های مکتب فردریک لیست آلمانی و از حیث عملی از تجربۀ اقتصاد بدون نفت دولت ملی مصدق متاثر شده است. از نظر او، در جهان مبتنی بر استثمار و غارت، برای «ایران» راهی جز حرکت در مسیر «توسعه ملی»، همراه با تکوین «دولت ملی»، «بورژوازی ملی» و اتکا به سرمایه‌های داخلی و تقویت حس وطن‌دوستی، در عین نظارت بر ارکان دولت متصور نیست. ازاین‌رو، بسط و تقویت دموکراسی و آزادی‌های عمومی بخش انفکاک‌ناپذیر پروژۀ توسعۀ ملی‌اند. نوشتار حاضر با بهره‌گیری از روش توصیفی – تحلیلی و جامعه‌شناسی تاریخی، قصد دارد موضوع توسعۀ درون‌زای ملی را از خلال نگرش اقتصاد سیاسی او بررسی و مختصات و ارکان نظریۀ توسعه‌ای وی را مطالعه کند.
