تحلیل مفهوم آزادی در همسویی با شریعت از دیدگاه ثقه‌الاسلام تبریزی

در عصر قاجار برای اولین‌بار تعابیر و کلماتی وارد ادبیات سیاسی و اجتماعی ایران شد که از یک سو نشانۀ آشنایی ما با غرب بود و از سوی دیگر موجب تحول در تعابیر و مفاهیم گذشته شد. کاربرد این تعابیر و ترکیبات از سوی روشنفکران و روحانیان موثر در مشروطه بیشتر نمایان بود. مهم‌ترین واژه و تعبیر این دوره «آزادی» بود. که در نوشته‌ها و روزنامه‌های آن دوره از سوی روشنفکران و اندیشمندان به جامعه انتقال یافت. روحانیان مذهبی نیز از این مفاهیم جدید در اندیشه‌های خود استفاده کردند. با مطالعۀ آثار و کتاب‌های ثقه‌الاسلام تبریزی دربارۀ اصول اعتقادی، اندیشه‌های جدید و افکار مدرن ایشان، مفهوم آزادی بررسی شده است. این مفهوم در باور ایشان نه‌تنها در تضاد با پایه‌های اساسی شریعت و اصول مذهبی نیست، بلکه همسو با آن و مورد تایید اصول دین نیز است. روش‌شناسی این پژوهش تحلیلی توصیفی است.

Analysis of the concept of freedom from Thiqat al Islam Tabrrizi

For the first time in the Qajar era, words and terms have entered the political and social literature of Iran, which on one hand have signaled our familiarity with the West, and on the other hand, heve evolved past terms and concepts. The usage of these terms and combinations by the influential intellectuals and clergymen was more evident in the Constitutional. The most important word and term of this period is freedom.Which was transmitted to society in the writings and newspapers of that period by intellectuals and thinkers. Religious clerics also used these new concepts in their thinking. The concept of freedom has been studied by studying the works and books of Thiqat al Islam Tabrrizi on his doctrines, new ideas and modern thoughts. This concept, in his view, is not only compatible with the basic tenets of the Shari’a and religious principles but also it is in line and with farored by the tenets of religion. The methodology of this research is analyticalexplanatory.
