چکیده
|
مسئلۀ محوری این مقاله بررسی رابطۀ پاندمی‌ها و سیاست با تاکید بر پاندمی کروناویروس و تبدیل آن به بحران و سپس رویداد در ایران و پیامدهای سیاسی و امنیتی آن است. در پاسخ به پرسش آثار سیاسی و امنیتی پاندمی‌ها در ایران با تاکید بر بحران کرونا چیست؟ این فرضیه مطرح می‌شود که پاندمی‌های تاریخ ایران، با ایجاد بحران‌هایی در سیاست، برخی به رویداد تبدیل شده و ضمن ایجاد آنتروپی محیطی به تغییراتی در ایران منجر شده‌اند. هرچند هیچ‌کدام هنوز برهه‌ای سرنوشت‌ساز را رقم نزده‌اند، اما در صورت بی‌توجهی، ممکن است تهدیدات فاجعه‌گونه‌ای را برای یک کشور رقم بزنند. کرونا نیز به‌سبب شرایط خاص ایران و تقارن نامیمون آن با فشارهای جهانی و بحران ناکارامدی و چالش‌های هویتی و گذار قدرت، فرصتی برای اصلاح و گذر نهادی، همبستگی ملی و پذیرش مشارکت مردمی و بهسازی‌های فقهی است، اما اگر اهمیت مسئله درک نشود، موقعیتی مغاک‌گونه (ترومای تمدنی) در انتظار ایران است. روش تحقیق، کیفی و از نوع مطالعات اسنادی با رویکرد تبیینی برای فهم دگرگونی‌های تاریخی سیاسی است.

Abstract
|
The central issue of this article examining the relationship between pandemics and politics with emphasis on the coronavirus pandemic and its transformation into a crisis and then an event in Iran and its political and security consequences. The hypothesis of this research is that some epidemics in Iran’s history, by creating crises in politics, have become events and by creating environmental entropy have led to changes in Iran. Covid19 is also an opportunity for institutional reform, national solidarity, acceptance of public participation and jurisprudential improvements due to the special situation in Iran and its conjuncture with global pressures, inefficiency crisis, identity challenges and the transition of power in the country. But if the importance of the issue is not understood, an abysmal situation (Civilization Trauma) awaits Iran. The method of this article is explanatory research based on a historical rereading or political explanation of the epidemics in Iran’s history.
