مهاجرت اجباری بین‌المللی از منظر زنان افغانستانی مقیم ایران (نمونۀ موردی: زنان مهاجر ساکن تهران)

مهاجرت اجباری از جمله موضوعات مورد بحث در حوزۀ روابط بین‌الملل است. بخش عظیمی از جمعت مهاجران اجباری را زنان تشکیل می‌دهند، گروهی که کمتر به آنها پرداخته می‌شود. هدف این پژوهش بررسی علل مهاجرت اجباری از دیدگاه زنان افغانستانی است. بدین‌منظور از روش تحقیق کیفی و تکنیک مصاحبۀ ژرف برای گردآوری داده‌ها استفاده شد. با به‌کارگیری روش گلوله‌برفی با تعداد 30 زن افغان مقیم تهران مصاحبه شد. تجزیه‌وتحلیل نهایی داده‌ها با روش تئوری زمینه‌ای (gmt) صورت گرفت. مصاحبه‌شوندگان از ناامنی، اختناق طالبان، اختلافات قومی، نبود امکانات بهداشتی و آموزشی، فقر و بیکاری به‌عنوان دلایل مهاجرت به ایران یاد می‌کردند. این مفاهیم به‌طور کلی در سه مقولۀ اصلی جنگ با دشمن خارجی و منازعات داخلی، فروپاشی زیرساخت‌های اقتصادی کشور و دلایل خانوادگی تقسیم‌ شدند. در پی تحلیل مصاحبه‌ها روشن شد زنان به‌اجبار تابع همسر، پدر یا سایر مردان خانواده بوده‌اند؛ با وجود این مستقیم یا غیرمستقیم در فرایند مهاجرت نقش موثر داشته‌اند.

Investigate the impressions of Afghan women about compulsory migration

In the international area, the most important problem is the compulsory migration. The most important part which is affected by the problem are the women. Therefore, it has become essential to look at forced migration for women. The aim of this study is to investigate the impressions of Afghan women about compulsory migration. In this study qualitative research method was used in which information was obtained from interviews with Afghan immigrant women. The information obtained from the interviews with 30 Afghan women living in Tehran. The study took place in the form of field research and the information obtained was analyzed accordingly. According to Afghan women the reasons are security problems, Taliban oppression, ethnic conflicts, economic collapse, poverty and the unemployment. Collected data is divided into three main topics. These are war or external enemies and civil war, economic crisis and familial causes. Finally, in our study, we saw that even though men of the house seem to be making the decision for the migration, women themselves have a direct or indirect influence on the decision for it.
