حقوق نهادین شهروندی و مشارکت سیاسی (راهجوی توسعۀ سیاسی)

در این مقاله نسبت بین مشارکت عملی و حقوق نهادین در گذار از بحران مشارکت به توسعۀ سیاسی بررسی شده است. در این بررسی تحلیلی، نقطۀ گرهی سامان‌بخش به بحث این است: نسبت بین دو متغیر مشارکت عملی و حقوق شهروندی چیست؟ مرور پیشینۀ تحقیق نشان داد که برای پاسخ به این پرسش، سه جواب رقیب وجود دارد. گروهی از  پژوهشگران و اندیشمندان (دو گروه اول) حل بحران را به‌صورت تک‌خطیمی‌بینند؛ البته دربارۀ اینکه کدام عامل نقش متغیر مستقل و کدام عامل نقش متغیر وابسته را دارد اختلاف دارند. گروهی دیگر (گروه سوم) از اندیشمندان، دیدگاه غیرخطی دارند. در نگاه آنان، رابطۀ مشارکت سیاسی و ساختارها و نهادهای حامی حقوق شهروندی، متقابلاً تاسیسی است. در طی سه گفتار، به تبارشناسی مباحث مذکور می‌پردازیم.
