تجزیه‌وتحلیل دو الگوی نظریه‌گرا و عمل‌گرای دموکراسی در ایران

موضوع مقالۀ حاضر، ارزیابی دموکراسی در ایران براساس دو الگوی نظریه‌گرا و عمل‌گراست. در مباحث مربوط به دموکراسی، همواره از دو گونه پیگیری دموکراسی سخن به میان می‌آید. از یک‌سو برخی نظریه‌پردازان نهادهای دموکراتیک و دموکراسی در عرصۀ عمل را بر اندیشه و فرهنگ دموکراسی مقدم می‌دارند و از سوی دیگر، عده‌ای معتقدند که ابتدا باید فکر، فرهنگ و مبانی فلسفی دموکراسی در جامعه پیگیری شود و آن‌گاه درصدد تحقق دموکراسی در عرصۀ عمل و ایجاد نهادهای دموکراتیک بود. از این‌رو، عده‌ای از اولویت فلسفه بر دموکراسی و برخی از تقدم دموکراسی بر فلسفه سخن می‌گویند. این مقاله درصدد است در بررسی دموکراسی در ایران، دو دیدگاه مذکور را ارزیابی کند و نشان دهد که کدام‌یک از این دو رویکرد به دموکراسی در ایران پیگیری شده است. از نظر روش‌شناختی، این نوشتار تقابل «ذهن و عین» را از یک سو و تقابل «نظر و عمل» را از سوی دیگر مدنظر دارد. در واقع هر یک از دو الگوی دموکراسی‌خواهی، یکی از این دو مبنای روش‌شناختی «اصالت ذهن یا اصالت عین» یا «نظریه‌گرایی و عمل‌گرایی» را پذیرفته و براساس آن به تقدم یا تاخر هر یک از فلسفه یا دموکراسی رای داده‌اند.

The Evaluating of Democracy based on the two Patterns of Theorism and Pragmatism in Iran

The present study intends to Evaluating of democracy in Iran on the basis of two patterns of theorism and pragmatism. Scholars believe that there are two ways to pursuit democracy. On the one hand, some scholars put a high priority on democratic practices and establishing democratic institutions over democratic culture and thoughts. On the other hands, some place a higher priority on democratic culture, thought, philosophical basics and theories in the society. Therefore, democracy can be alleged differently from various perspectives. According to diverse points of views, philosophy and democracy have been prioritized differently. Having assessed the chronology of democratic events in Iran, the current study aims to investigate two aforementioned views among Iranian democrats and demonstrate which one is pursued. Methodologically speaking, this study has considered the contrast between ‘object and subject’, and ‘theorism and pragmatism’. As a matter of fact, each democratic model is on the basis of either ‘objective and subjective originality’ or ‘theorism and pragmatism’ in order to vote in favour of philosophy or democracy prioritization
