روایت‌های هویت واحد اروپایی

ماهیت و ریشه‌های همگرایی اروپایی به‌عنوان یکی از بی‌بدیل‌ترین مدل‌های همگرایی بعد از جنگ جهانی دوم، هم به‌دلیل نقشی که در کاهش منازعات و گسترش صلح میان کشورهای اروپایی داشت و هم به‌دلیل اهمیت و نقش اتحادیۀ اروپا در نظام بین‌الملل کنونی، همواره مورد توجه محققان و اندیشمندان سیاسی بوده است. عوامل و متغیرهای ملی، منطقه‌ای و بین‌المللی مختلفی در همگرایی اروپای پس از جنگ موثر بودند، اما متغیری که در این مقاله به برجسته‌سازی آن پرداختیم، نقش مولفه‌های هویتی در گسترش همکاری و همگرایی میان کشورهای اروپایی بود.پرسش اصلی این پژوهش این است که همگرایی اروپایی چگونه سببایجاد هویت اروپایی و گسترش صلح در اروپای پس از جنگ جهانی دوم شد؟ فرضیه‌ای که برای پاسخ به این پرسش به آزمون گذاشته می‌شود، این است که اتحادیۀ اروپا پروژه‌ای به‌منظور نجات کشورهای اروپایی براساس اسطوره‌سازی از درون و غیریت‌سازی از بیرون بوده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نیز نشان می‌دهد که هویت اروپایی امری سیاسی وگفتمانی و نتیجۀ ساختارشکنی گفتمان هویت ملی و دال‌های مرکزی آن، اسطوره‌سازی‌هایی مانند وحدت در عین کثرت، اروپای جهان‌وطنی و استثناگرایی و همچنین غیریت‌سازی از بیرون به‌منظور کاهش منازعات و اختلافات داخلی میان کشورهای اروپایی بوده است.

Although various national, regional, and international variables were effective in the postwar European integration, the variable that we referred to in this article was the role of identity components in expanding cooperation and integration between European countries. The main question of this study is how does European integration create a European identity and promote peace in postwar Europe? The research hypothesis is that the European Union has been a project to save European countries based on Mythology and antagonism. The findings of the research show that European identity is a political and discursive and the result of the deconstruction of the discourse of national identity and its nodal point, Mythologies such as unity in diversity, cosmopolitan Europe and exceptionalism, as well as antagonism In order to reduce internal conflicts among European countries.
