شناسایی مصادیق نافرمانی مدنی در جنبش‌های اجتماعی معاصر ایران (1357-1269 ه.ش)

نافرمانی مدنی مفهومی چندسویه و پیچیده در علوم سیاسی است. ویژگی‌هایی چون اعتراض سیاسی، عمومی و آگاهانه بودن، نقض قانون و عدم خشونت براساس تعاریف دانشوران به‌عنوان ویژگی‌های عام وکلی نافرمانی مدنی شناسایی شده است. آنچه در خصوص مفهوم نافرمانی مدنی و در بررسی آن در حوزۀ جنبش‌های اجتماعی حائز اهمیت است، توجه به شیوه‌های اقدامی است که نافرمانی مدنی به‌عنوان ماهیت آنها تلقی می‌شود. هدف پژوهش حاضر، ردیابی مفهوم نافرمانی مدنی در حوزۀ جنبش‌های اجتماعی ایران معاصر است. این پژوهش براساس هدف توصیفی اکتشافی تعریف شده و در آن از منابع اسنادیکتابخانه‌ای برای گردآوری اطلاعات استفاده شده است. پژوهشگران به‌منظور پاسخ دادن به این پرسش که «مصادیق نافرمانی مدنی در جنبش‌های اجتماعی ایران معاصر کدام‌اند؟»­، به شناسایی «خزانۀ جنبش»های اجتماعی ایران معاصر مبادرت ورزیده‌اند. براساس یافته‌های پژوهش، شیوه‌های اقدام موثر به‌کارگرفته‌شده در خلال جنبش‌های اجتماعی ایران یعنی تحریم، تحصن، اعتصاب و تظاهرات خیابانی دارای ویژگی‌های نافرمانی مدنی عام یعنی عمومی بودن، آگاهانه بودن، شکستن قانون و غیرخشونت‌آمیز بودن، هستند. ضمن اینکه از این دیدگاه، شیوۀ اقدام اعتصاب بیشترین تطابق را با مفهوم نافرمانی مدنی دارا بوده است.

Identifying instances of civil disobedience in the context of contemporary Iran’s social movements

Civil disobedience is a complicated and multidimensional concept in political sciences. Features like political protest, publicity and consciousness, lawviolation, and nonviolence have been identified, by scholars, as the general features of civil disobedience. What is significant about the concept of civil disobedience, when analysed in the context of social movements, is the focus on ways of action, of which civil disobedience is the essence. The following research aims at tracing the concept of civil disobedience in the context of contemporary Iran’s social movements. It is defined based on the descriptiveexploratory method, and uses documentarylibrary resources for data collection. The authors have set to identify Iran’s social “movement repertoire”, with the aim of answering the question, “what are the instances of civil disobedience in contemporary Iran’s social movements?” Based on the findings of this research, the ways of action that have been most effective with respect to Iran’s social movements, i.e. boycotting, sitin, striking, and streetprotesting, all have the features of consciousness, publicity, and nonviolence, which are features of civil disobedience. Meanwhile, from this perspective, striking is the way of action with the most correspondence to the concept of civil disobedience.
