مطالعۀ جامعه‌شناختی تاثیر تجربۀ مشارکت سیاسی بر نگرش شهروندان نسبت به مشارکت سیاسی در ایران (مطالعۀ موردی: شهروندان شهر ابهر)

مشارکت سیاسی فرایندی است که در طی آن قدرت سیاسی میان افراد و گروه‌های جامعه توزیع می‌شود، به‌گونه‌ای که تمامی شهروندان و گروه‌های فعال و خواهان مشارکت سیاسی از حق انتخاب شدن، تصمیم‌گیری، انتقاد، اعتراض، اظهارنظر و رای دادن بهره‌مند باشند. مطالعۀ تاثیر تجربۀ مشارکت سیاسی بر نگرش به مشارکت سیاسی در ایران موضوع مطالعه این مقاله است که با استفاده از دیدگاه‌های نظری مختلف و با استفاده از روشی ترکیبی (abduction) تدوین یافته است و هدف از این پژوهش، شناخت نگرش (مثبت و منفی) شهروندان از مشارکت سیاسی در جامعۀ ایران است. روش تحقیق پیمایشی (survey) و از نوع مقطعی؛ و ابزار گردآوری، پرسشنامه همراه با مصاحبه است. جمعیت آماری عبارت است از شهروندان 18سال به بالای شهر ابهر که 385 نفر حجم نمونۀ این تحقیق را تشکیل می‌دهد و روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای است. یافته‌های این تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که تجربۀ مشارکت سیاسی (تعدد شرکت در انتخابات) بر عضویت شهروندان در احزاب، انجمن‌ها،اتحادیه‌های صنفی و سازمان‌های سیاسی اجتماعی با اطمینان 95 درصد و سطح خطای 5 درصد تاثیر مثبت دارد. همچنین در خصوص تاثیر تجربۀ مشارکت سیاسی بر نگرش شهروندان نسبت به مشارکت سیاسی با اطمینان 99درصد و سطح خطای 1 درصد تاثیر متغیر مستقل بر متغیر وابسته مثبت است.

Sociological study of effects political participation experience on attitudes of citizens towards political participation in IranCase Study: Citizens of Abhar City

Political participation is a process through which the political power is distributed among the people and parties of a community. the present study examines of empricall effects political participation the attitudes of citizens towards political participation in Iran. In this regard, various theoretical views and a combined method(abduction) has been used in studying social.The present study aims to recognize the citizens’ attitudes and rules of behaviors in society of Iran.The present study is a crosssectional survey and research instrument is a questionnaire along with interviews. Population of the study includes the citizens of Abhar who are 18 or over 18 years old, 385 of whom participated in this study based on multistage cluster sampling. Results show that the multiplicity of participating in the elections (political participation experience) affects citizens’ membership in parties, associations, guild unions, and political and social organizations positively with 95% confidence level and 5% error level. Moreover, there is a positive effect between multiplicity of participation in elections and attitude towards political participation with 99% confidence level and 1% error level suggesting that increased participation in elections will probably lead to a positive attitude in this regard, citizens’ membership in social parties and organizations has a positive effect on their attitudes toward political participation
