مفهوم پردازی رهبری توحیدی با رویکرد مرور سیستماتیک

رهبری در زندگی بشری از جایگاه ویژه‌ای برخوردار است و به دنبال ایجاد نیروی بالقوه برای الهام بخشیدن به افراد جهت نیل به اهداف فردی و سازمانی است. امروزه کمال‌جویی و جستجوی معنا و مفهوم زندگی فردی و سازمانی موضوعی است که برای رهبران و پیروان اهمیت بسزایی دارد. رهبری توحیدی، مسیر کمال انسانی را بر اساس هستی‌شناسی، معرفت‌شناسی و سیر در عوالم وجود ترسیم می-نماید. این تئوری مفهومی نوپا در حوزه رهبری سازمانی است که سعادت انسانی را در زندگی فردی و سازمانی دنبال می‌کند. هدف از پژوهش حاضر مفهوم پردازی تئوری رهبری توحیدی است. این پژوهش بر حسب هدف، بنیادی و از لحاظ روش اجرا با روش مرور سیستماتیک و تحلیل مضمون گزاره‌های مختلف مربوط به مفهوم رهبری توحیدی را شناسایی، گردآوری و مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار داده و با بهره‌گیری از رویکرد یکپارچه سازی، تعریفی از آن پیشنهاد داده است. برای شناسایی منابع از پایگاه‌های داده ebsco، scopus، wiely، scince direct، proquest، springer استفاده شد و در نهایت از مجموع 189 مقاله شناسایی شده، 19 مقاله برگزیده شد. در نتیجه تجمیع و پس از طی فرآیند کدگذاری، گزاره‌های کدگذاری شده در شش مقوله اصلی ماهیت، عوامل موثر بر شکل‌گیری، ویژگی‌ها، راهبردهای رشد و تعالی، پیامدها و ارزش‌ها دسته‌بندی شدند.

conceptualization of non- duality leadership with systematic review approach

leadership holds a special place in human life and aims to create a potent force that inspires people to achieve both individual and organizational goals. today, the pursuit of perfection and the search for meaning in individual and organizational life are crucial subjects for both leaders and followers. non-duality leadership charts a path toward human perfection based on ontology, epistemology, and progress within the realms of existence. this theory is a new concept in the field of organizational leadership, focused on pursuing human happiness in both individual and organizational contexts. the purpose of this research is to conceptualize the theory of non-duality leadership. this research is fundamental in nature and employs a systematic review and content analysis of various propositions related to the concept of non-duality leadership. databases such as ebsco, scopus, wiley, science direct, proquest, and springer were used to identify relevant sources. from a total of 189 identified articles, 19 were selected for in-depth analysis. through aggregation and the coding process, the coded propositions were categorized into six main categories: nature, factors affecting formation, characteristics, growth and excellence strategies, consequences, and values.
