شناسایی مولفه‌های سبک رهبری فرماندهان هشت سال دفاع مقدس

رهبری، نقش بزرگی را در موفقیت سازمان‌ها دارد. لذا اتخاذ رویکرد رهبری مناسب ضرورتی جدی است .پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی سبک‌ رهبری فرماندهان هشت سال دفاع مقدس و الگوسازی سبک رهبری آنان برای مدیران سازمان‌ها به منظور توسعه نظریه رهبری تدوین شده است.این تحقیق از نظر هدف، اکتشافی و از نظر روش گردآوری داده‌ها کیفی و از نوع تحلیل تم است. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها مصاحبه می باشد. روش گردآوری اطلاعات میدانی وکتابخانه‌ای است و ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات مصاحبه می‌باشد. جامعه آماری، رزمندگان (پیروان) هشت سال دفاع مقدس است که با فرماندهان ارتباط مستقیم داشته‌اند. همچنین از کتب و اسناد موجود در رابطه با سبک رهبری فرماندهان استفاده شده است که از میان رزمندگان 8 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. نمونه برداری در این تحقیق از نوع نمونه برداری غیراحتمالی و هدفمند است. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های کیفی در این پژوهش از روش کدگذاری و تحلیل تم استفاده شده است. پس از بررسی‌ها و تحلیل‌های صورت گرفته، نتیجه‌ی حاصله این است که سبک رهبری کشف شده فرماندهان هشت سال دفاع مقدس «رهبری توحیدی» است که ترکیبی از سبک‌های رهبری معنوی، رهبری خدمتگذار، رهبری تحول‌‌آفرین و سبک رهبری پرجاذبه است.

identifying the components of the leadership style of the commanders of eight years of holy defense

leadership is a crucial aspect of management that plays a vital role in organizational survival and efficiency. this study aims to identify the leadership style of commanders during the eight years of holy defense and develop a leadership model applicable to managers in organizations, thus contributing to the advancement of leadership theory. the research adopts an exploratory approach in terms of purpose and utilizes qualitative data collection methods and thematic analysis. the data collection methods employed include fieldwork and library research, with semi-structured interviews serving as the primary data collection tool. the study focuses on fighters (followers) who had direct contact with the commanders during the eight years of holy defense. additionally, relevant books and documents on the leadership style of the commanders were consulted. a sample size of eight soldiers was purposefully selected, employing non-probability sampling. for qualitative data analysis, coding and thematic analysis methods were employed. the results of the study reveal that the leadership style exhibited by the commanders during the eight years of holy defense can be characterized as monotheistic leadership. this style combines elements of spiritual leadership, servant leadership, transformational leadership, and an attractive leadership style.
