طراحی مدل سازمان کارآفرین در نظام بانکی کشور جهت تحقق سیاست‌های کلی نظام اداری

پژوهش حاضر در راستای تحقق سیاست‌های کلی نظام اداری به شناسایی ابعاد و مولفه‌های کارآفرینی سازمانی در سیستم بانکداری نوین پرداخته است تا ضمن ارائه مدل مناسبی از کارآفرینی سازمانی در سیستم بانکداری نوین کاربرد این سیاست‌ها را در نظام اداری مسجل نماید. روش پژوهش کیفی- کمی بوده ازنظر هدف کاربردی – توسعه‌ای است. جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی شامل 23 نفر از خبرگان حوزه کارآفرینی و بانکداری است که با استفاده از مصاحبه و انجام فن دلفی، عوامل اثرگذار بر کارآفرینی سازمانی در بانکداری نوین را تعیین کردند. این عوامل بندهای 10 و 12 و 17 و 26 سیاست‌های کلی نظام اداری را مدنظر قرار داده است. در بخش کمی، 191 نفر از کارشناسان و خبرگان با استفاده از نرم‌افزار سمپل پاور به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. عوامل موثر در 4 گروه اصلی (کارآفرینی، سازمان کارآفرین، بانکداری نوین و ارزش‌ها) طبقه‌بندی و مدل پژوهش تدوین گردید. سپس پرسشنامه با استفاده از عوامل شناسایی‌شده، طراحی و بین جامعه آماری توزیع و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار لیزرل داده‌ها تجزیه‌وتحلیل گردید. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده از آزمون فرضیات با استفاده از آزمون‌های پارامتریک همبستگی پیرسون و مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری، نشان می‌دهد که عوامل چهارگانه، رابطه مثبت و معنی‌داری با کارآفرینی سازمانی دارند.

designing an entrepreneur organization model in the country’s banking system for achieving the general policies

aligned with achieving the general policies of the administrative system, this study focuses on the aspects of organizational entrepreneurship in the banking system so that it could provide an appropriate model for the system and execute the related policies in theadministrative system. the research method is qualitative-quantitative. the purpose is practical-developmental. the population of the research consists of 23 intellectuals in the entrepreneurship and banking areas who were interviewed, the data of which wasanalyzed through delphi method, and the effective factors of organizational entrepreneurship in new banking were extracted. the findings suggested that the identified factors expressed by the intellectuals were overlapping with clauses 10, 12, 17, and 26 of thegeneral policies of the administrative system. in the quantitative analysis, 191 experts were selected through the sample power software. the effective factors were categorized into four groups of entrepreneurship, entrepreneur organization, new banking, and values.a questionnaire was designed and administered to the sample. the data was analyzed via lisrel software. the findings indicated that there was a positive significant relationship after using the parametric tests of pearson correlation, and structured equation modelling.
