تحلیل مولفه‌های عدالت اقتصادی ایران

این پژوهش در تلاش بر ارائه تحلیلی بر مولفه‌های اصلی سنجش عدالت اقتصادی در ایران است. بررسی شاخص‌های ارائه شده در زمینه عدالت در شناخت مولفه‌ها و نقاظ ضعف و قوت شاخص‌های تبیین شده تا کنون، موثر است. از اینرو ابتدا مفهوم عدالت از منظر علمی و اندیشمندان مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد. سپس با توجه به ساختار کشور جمهوری اسلامی ایران از منظر قانون کشور و شرایط ایران مورد تحلیل قرارمی‌گیرد. مولفه‌های مورد بررسی در چهار زمینه اصلی عدم تبعیض، تساوی در استحقاق‌ها، امکان دستیابی به فرصت‌ها و عدالت در مفهوم خود مجزا از تعاریف سنتی برابری، مورد تحلیل قرارگرفته‌است. با بررسی پژوهش‌های صورت گرفته در ایران و جهان از میان شاخص‌های ارائه شده برای اقتصاد ایران چهار شاخص انتخاب شده است. شاخص‌های انتخاب شده پژوهش بطور جداگانه و در کنار یکدیگر بررسی می‌شود. مولفه‌های مشترک و خاص هر شاخص تحلیل می‌گردد و سپس نتیجه بررسی ارائه می‌گردد. در نهایت مولفه‌های پیشنهادی برای شاخص‌سازی ارائه شده است تا بتوان مولفه‌هایی با مطابقت بیشتر با مفهوم عدالت و مناسب برای اقتصاد ایران در سنجش عدالت بکارگرفت.

Analyzing components of economic justice in Iran

This study tries to provide the main components for measuring economic justice in Iran. The study of the indicators presented in the field of justice in Iran is effective in identifying the components and strengths and weaknesses of the indicators explained so far. Therefore, first the concept of justice is examined from the perspective of scientists of the field, then its conformity to Iran’s law and its specific conditions. The studied components have been analyzed in four main areas of nondiscrimination, equality of rights, possibility of achieving opportunities and justice concept in a separate idea from the traditional definitions of equality. By reviewing the researches done in Iran and the world, four indicators have been selected from the presented indicators for Iran’s economy. The selected indicators of the research are examined separately and together. The common and specific components of each indicator are analyzed and then the result of the study is presented. Finally, the proposed components for indexing are presented in order to use components that are more in line with the concept of justice and suitable for the Iranian economy in measuring justice.
