راهبردهای مدیریت سبز در موسسات آموزش عالی کشور مبتنی بر سیاست های کلی محیط زیست

امروزه به دنبال افزایش نگرانی های ناشی از آلودگی های زیست محیطی ، آموزش عالی به عنوان یکی از محورهای اصلی توسعه پایدار به منظور ارتقا نظام آموزشی و تربیت نسل سبز اندیش ملزم به پذیرش اصول مدیریت سبز در کلیه امور ( آموزشی پژوهشی و خدماتی ) شده است . براین اساس در این پژوهش برای یافتن راهبردهای لازم جهت تحقق اهداف سیاست های کلی محیط زیست در موسسات آموزش عالی ایران ، به بررسی تجارب و نگرش صاحبنظرانی از حوزه های وزارت علوم ، تحقیقات وفناوری ، وزارت نیرو ، و سازمان محیط زیست پرداخته شد . این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی – توسعه ای ، و از نظر نوع داده ها کیفی بوده وبا تاکید بر مصاحبه های نیمه ساختاریافته ومنابع کتابخانه ای تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری انجام شده است . مصاحبه با 15 نفر از خبرگان به روش نمونه گیری به صورت هدفمند و گلوله برفی صورت گرفت . نتایج حاصل از فرآیند مقایسه مستمر ، کد گذاری باز و محوری داده های جمع آوری شده ، شناسایی و احصاء راهبرد های ( درون گرایی و برون گرایی با رویکرد سبز، سازمان دهی مجدد عملیات دانشگاه ، توسعه فرصتهای آموزشی و پژوهشی سبز ، تقویت فرهنگ سبز اندیشی ، و توسعه فناور ی سبز ) را نشان می دهد.

Green management strategies in higher education institutions based on general environmental policies

Today, following the increase of concerns caused by environmental pollution, higher education institutions as one of the main axes of sustainable development has been required to accept the principles of green management in all its educational, research and service matters. Accordingly, in this case, in order to find the necessary strategies to achieve the goals of general environmental policies in Iranian higher education institutions, the experiences and attitudes of experts from the fields of Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, Ministry of Energy, and Environment Organization were studied. This research is &Practicaldevelopmental& in terms of research purpose, &exploratory& in terms of result, &qualitative& in terms of method, and &singlesectional& in terms of time horizon, with an emphasis on 15 semistructured interviews in which participants Targeted face and snowball were selected until theoretical saturation was achieved. The results of the process of continuous comparison, open and centralized coding of collected data, identification and counting of introversion and extroversion strategies with a green approach, reorganization of university operations, development of green educational and research opportunities, strengthening the culture of green thinking and Shows the development of green technology. Lincoln and Guba proposed methods were used to ensure the validity of the data and to ensure the accuracy of the findings to measure the reliability and validity of the research.
