فرصت‌های ایران در قبال نقش آفرینی گروه بریکس در نظام بین الملل چند قطبی

موضوع «تحول» و «انتقال قدرت» در نظام بین‌الملل و چگونگی آن یکی از مباحث جالب توجه نظریه‌پردازان بوده است. تحول، برخلاف گذشته که فقط بعد نظامی داشت، امروزه دارای ابعاد اقتصادی، سیاسی و فرهنگی هم هست. هرچند نظم آمریکامحور فعلی و اجماع واشنگتن هنوز غالب است، مولفه‌هایی همچون تغییرات در اقتصاد سیاسی بین‌الملل و کنشگری قدرت‌های نوظهور، نشان از تحول آیندۀ قدرت در نظام بین‌الملل دارد. همکاری‌ها و نهادسازی‌های قدرت‌های نوظهور حکایت از وجود اراده برای تغییر نیز هست. یکی از مصادیق این اراده گروه بریکس است. گروه بریکس خواهان تغییراتی در سازمان‌ها و ترتیبات اقتصادی و سیاسی نظام بین‌الملل در راستای منافع کشورهای به اصطلاح جنوب است. از سوی دیگر ایران یکی از مدافعان تغییر در نظام بین‌الملل است و با ادبیات اصلاحی خود یکی از منادیان و متقاضیان اصلی تغییر در نظم غرب‌محور جهان بوده است. بر مبنای مطالب گفته شده، سوال اصلی پژوهش این است که آیا ظهور قدرت‌های نوظهور، و به ویژه در قالب گروه بریکس، برای ایران فرصت‌هایی را بوجود می آورد. در پاسخ به این پرسش باید گفت ظهور بریکس در حوزه‌های سیاسی و اقتصادی فرصت‌هایی بالقوه‌ای برای جمهوری اسلامی ایران دارد و ایران می‌تواند از طریق همکاری‌های نهادی با بریکس و اعضای آن، از این مزایا بهره‌مند شود.
