تحلیل کارآفرینی اجتماعی شرکت‌های تعاونی در راستای سیاست‌های کلی بخش اشتغال

هدف این پژوهش تحلیل کارآفرینی اجتماعی در شرکت‌های تعاونی در راستای سیاست‌های کلی بخش اشتغال است. تحقیق حاضر از دیدگاه پارادایم شناسی اثبات‌گرا و به لحاظ مخاطب شناختی کاربردی، به لحاظ روش پیمایشی و به لحاظ قلمرو زمانی در حوزه تحیقات مقطعی و از نظر جمع آوری داده‌ها نیز میدانی است. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها در این پژوهش برای اندازه گیری متغیر قابلیت های فناوری اطلاعات، کارآفرینی اجتماعی، فرهنگ کار پرسشنامه استاندارد است، که شامل 21 سوال برای سنجش کل متغیرهای تحقیق است. روایی محتوا به وسیله ابزار cvi , cvr توسط پنل خبرگان تائید شد. روایی سازه و پایایی مدل نیز با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ، پایایی ترکیبی، پایای اشتراکی، بررسی و تائید شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر مدیران بخش تعاونی های تولیدی است که با استفاده از نرم افزار تعیین حجم نمونه g power در سطح آلفای 0.1 و توان آزمون 85/ 0 درصد 171نفر به عنوان نمونه نهایی تحقیق مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. به منظور آزمون فرضیه ها از روش مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شده است. همچنین نتایج پژوهش با استفاده از نرم افزار spss,24و smart:pls,3 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد قابلیت فناوری اطلاعات بر کارآفرینی اجتماعی تاثیر معناداری دارد. همچنین فرهنگ کار بر کارآفرینی اجتماعی تاثیر معناداری داشته است. نقش تعدیلگر فرهنگ کار مورد تایید قرار گرفت.

Analysis of social entrepreneurship in cooperatives in line with the general policies of the employment sector

The aim of this study is to analyze social entrepreneurship in cooperatives in line with the general policies of the employment sector. From the point of view of positivist paradigm and from the point of view of applied audience, from the point of view of survey method, and from the point of view of time domain, the present research is field research and in terms of data collection. The data collection tool in this study is a standard questionnaire, which includes 21 questions to measure all research variables. Content validation was confirmed by CVI and CVR tools by the panel of experts. Structural validity and model reliability were also assessed using Cronbach’s alpha, hybrid reliability, and shared reliability. The statistical population of the present study is the managers of the production cooperatives who were examined as the final sample of the research by using software to determine the sample size of G power at the alpha level of 0.1 and the test power of 0.85%. In order to test the hypotheses, structural equation modeling method has been used. The research results were also evaluated using SPSS software, 24 and Smart: PLS, 3. The results showed that the ability of information technology has a significant effect on social entrepreneurship. Work culture has also had a significant impact on social entrepreneurship.
