بررسی عوامل موثر بر کیفیت کالا در کارگاه های صنعتی بزرگ با تاکید بر نقش کارگران و رونق تولید

در شرایط کنونی اقتصاد ایران، تکیه به تولید داخلی، سبب کاهش نیاز به واردات شده و به دنبال آن اشتغالزایی نیز رونق خواهد گرفت. تولید کالای با کیفیت، برای تامین تقاضای مصرف‌کنندگان مهم بوده و یکی از مهمترین فاکتورها برای ترغیب خرید کالای ایرانی است. یکی از عواملی که می‌تواند بر روی کیفیت موثر باشد نیروی کارِ شاغل در کارگاه است. کارگران از طریق قراردادهای کار در واحدهای تولیدی مشغول به فعالیت شده و لذا نوع قرارداد آنها و شرایط آن، می‌تواند بر روی رضایت شغلی و در نتیجه کیفیتِ کار آنان و به تبع کیفیت کالای تولیدی، موثر باشد. این تحقیق به دنبال بررسی نقش کارگران و شرایط قرارداد کار آنها، بر روی کیفیت کالاها در کارگاه‌های صنعتی بزرگ می‌باشد. جامعه آماری «کارگاه‌های بزرگ صنعتی» استان بوده که نمونه‌ای مشتمل بر 163مورد بر حسب نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای انتخاب شده و به کمک ابزار پرسشنامه‌ و استفاده از مدل لاجیت ترتیبی تعمیم‌یافته، داده‌ها مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که در گروه متغیرهای مرتبط با ویژگی‌های فردی کارگران، عوامل «تحصیلات، تاهل، سن، سابقه کاری، میزان ساعت کاری و درآمد»، در گروه متغیرهای مرتبط با قرارداد کار، عوامل «وجود امتیازات موردی در قرارداد و وعده‌های غذایی» و در گروه متغیرهای مرتبط با شاخص‌های موثر بر کیفیت کالاهای صنعتی، عوامل «سیاست‌های بهبود تعادل کار و زندگی و مدیریت کارگاه»، دارای اثر مثبت ومعنی‌دار بر افزایش کیفیت کالاهای صنعتی بوده‌اند

Investigating factors affecting the quality of products in large industrial workshops with an emphasis the role of workers and improving Production

Iran’s current economic situation, relying on domestic production will be followed reducing to need for imports, and creating occupation. On the other hand, quality product is important to provide consumer demand and one of the factors that can affect on quality is the workforce employed in the workshop. Workers is working in workshop through labor contracts, therefore type of contract and its conditions, can effective on job satisfaction and quality working of workers and consequently the product quality. This study examines the effect of fixed term contract in large industrial workshops and its effect on product quality. The statistical population is consisted of Large Scale Industrial Workshop of the province, and sample is 163 Workshop is selected with stratified sampling , we used questionnaires and it were completed for statements impact fixedterm employment contract (base salary and their details, bad weather and hard work, meals, travel services), and individual workers was evaluated on the quality products by model of Ordered Logit. The results showed that in categorey of workers individual characteristics variables, the factors “education, marriage, age, work experience, hours of work and income”, in categorey of variables related to the contract, factors “the existence of concessional points and meal in the contract” and in categorey of variables related to the indices affecting the quality of industrial products, the factors “improvement of worklife balance and management” have a positive and significant effect on the increase of the quality of industrial products
