بررسی و ارزیابی الگوی پایه اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت

این پژوهش درپی انتشار سند و بیانیه ای تحت عنوان «سند الگوی پایه اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت» که در بند پنجم آن از دانشگاه ها، حوزه های علمیه و صاحبنظران خواسته شده است که « این سند را عمیقاً بررسی نمایند و با ارائه پیشنهادهای مشخص برای ارتقای آن بیش از پیش در ترسیم هدف و مسیر پیشرفت کشور مشارکت جویند»، و در پاسخ به مطالبه مذکور انجام گردیده است. در این مقاله در ابتدا به بررسی نقدهایی معطوف به فرآیند تدوین سند و سپس نقدهای معطوف به نتیجه آن در سه بخش کاستی ها و نواقص پیشا تدوین الگو، اشکالات و خطاهای بوقوع پیوسته در نحوه و روند تدوین الگو و امکان پذیری اجرا وتحقق الگو پرداخته شده است. نتیجه بررسی انجام گردیده حاکی از آن است که حداقل چهل و نُه مورد کاستی ، اشکال و خطا در فرآیند تهیه و تنظیم الگو در سه مرحله مذکور رخ داده است. لذا ظاهرا سند منتشره متنی کاملا مطلوب وبی نقص نبوده و به سادگی تحقق آن امکان پذیرنمی باشد. و لازم است در فرصت دو ساله در نظر گرفته شده ، نسبت به رفع کاستی ها و نواقص و همچنین اصلاح و تکمیل الگو با استمداد از فرهیختگان و نخبگان اقدام گردد.

investigation and Evaluation of the Basic IslamicIranian Model of Progress

According to the fifth item of statement by supreme leader which was released after the publication of the basic IslamicIranian Model of Progress document that was requested from universities, hawzah and researchers to evaluate this document deeply and participate in promotion of this document to plat road map of country progress, by presenting clear proposals This research has been done to respond to abovementioned request . In this article, we first review critiques of the process of document compilation and then critiques of the result and its results in three sections: at first shortcomings and defects in the precodification of the model, second the errors and the ongoing errors in the pattern and pattern of the model, and third the feasibility of implementing of the model. The result of the survey shows that at least fortynine defects, errors in the three abovementioned stages in preparation of Process model. Therefore, it seems that the published document still needs to work on and its realization will not be simply feasible, and it is necessary to consider it during the twoyear’s time which has given to eliminate the shortcomings and defects to correct and complete the model with the help of the elites and intellectuals.
