روش‌های تامین مالی و مصرف انرژی‌های تجدیدپذیر در کشورهای در حال توسعه

عدم امنیت، وابستگی‌های سیاسی، ایجاد و افزایش مشکلات زیست‌محیطی از مهم‌ترین علل تغییر رویکرد تامین انرژی از سوخت‌های فسیلی به انرژی‌های تجدیدپذیر می‌باشند. اما با توجه به رشد و توسعه تکنولوژی در صنایع مختلف و هزینه‌های بالای تولید انرژی پاک، تلاش‌ برای توسعه انرژی‌های تجدیدپذیر را به تلاش در جهت کاهش مصرف آن سوق داده است. بنابراین تامین مالی این پروژه‌ها می‌تواند بر مصرف این انرژی اثر بگذارد. سرمایه‌گذاری مستقیم خارجی، سرمایه‌گذاری در تحقیق و توسعه و توسعه بازار مالی ازجمله روش‌های تامین مالی می‌باشند. این مطالعه با هدف ارزیابی تاثیر این روش‌های تامین مالی بر میزان مصرف انرژی‌های‌ تجدید‌پذیر 26 کشور درحال توسعه طی دوره زمانی 2019 2008 انجام شده است. یافته‌های حاصل از برآورد مدل پانلی حاکی از این است که سرمایه‌گذاری مستقیم خارجی و سرمایه‌گذاری در تحقیق و توسعه اثر مثبت و معناداری بر مصرف انرژی‌های تجدیدپذیر دارند در حالی که توسعه بازارهای مالی تاثیر معناداری بر مصرف انرژی‌های تجدیدپذیر ندارد. با توجه به اینکه استفاده از منابع انرژی تجدیدپذیر، نقش مهمی در بهبود کیفیت محیط زیست و کاهش آلودگی‌های محیطی دارد توصیه می‌شود در جهت بهبود استفاده از انرژی تجدیدپذیر، تسهیلات مالی و مالیاتی برای شرکت‌ها، مراکز و سازمان‌های مرتبط با حوزه تولید و استفاده از انرژی تجدیدپذیر فراهم آید. همچنین گسترش دانش عمومی و فرهنگسازی پایه‌ا‌ی در زمینه کاهش مصرف انرژی‌های تجدیدناپذیر و سوق دادن به سمت مصرف انرژی‌های تجدیدپذیر و فراهم آوردن زمینه ورود سرمایه‌گذاران خارجی و مشارکت آنها در تامین مالی پروژه‌ها از دیگر توصیه‌های این پژوهش است.

financing methods and consumption of renewable energies in developing countries

the lack of security, political dependencies, the formation, and the increase in environmental problems are the main reasons for changing the approach to energy supply from fossil fuels to renewable energies. this alteration requires financial support for the extraction of renewable energies. foreign direct investment, investment in research and development, and financial market development are among the financing methods that also impact the consumption of renewable energies. this study aims to assess the impact of these financing methods on the consumption of renewable energies across 26 developing countries during the period from 2008 to 2019. findings from panel model estimations indicate that foreign direct investment and investment in research and development have a positive and significant effect on the consumption of renewable energy, while the development of financial markets does not have a significant effect on the consumption of renewable energies. based on the results, since the defined methods of financing do not have an adverse effect on renewable energy consumption, it is recommended that the government, to guarantee the indicators of the nation's welfare, including environmental quality, put the laws covering these financing methods in the main plan and support.
