تحلیل محتوای پرونده‌های قضایی حوادث ورزشی استان آذربایجان شرقی

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر، تحلیل محتوای پرونده‌های قضایی حوادث ورزشی استان آذربایجان ‌شرقی طی سال‌های 1398 تا 1400 بود.روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی، از نظر روش پژوهش، تحلیل محتوای کمّی و از نظر راهبرد توصیفی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش به صورت تمام شمار، 18 مورد پرونده حوادث ورزشی ثبت شده در مراجع قضایی استان بود که با استفاده از چک لیست کدگذاری محقق ساخته به تحلیل آن‌ها پرداخته شد. پایایی و روایی ابزار پژوهش بررسی و ارزیابی شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار اس‌پی‌اس‌اس 26، انجام شد.یافته‌ها: بر اساس یافته‌ها مشخص شد که ورزش‌های تیمی مخصوصاً فوتبال بیش‌ترین آسیب را در بین سایر رشته‌ها داشته است و مردان بالاترین حوادث و سوانح را نسبت به بانوان تجربه نموده‌اند. در بین مقصرین و عوامل بروز حوادث، بالاترین درصد مربوط به مسئولین اماکن ورزشی و پس از آن، ورزشکار آسیب‌دیده بود. همچنین طبق نتایج مشخص شد که کم‌ترین استفاده از بیمه‌های ورزشی در جامعه انجام می‌شود.نتیجه‌گیری: به منظور کاهش حوادث و سوانح ورزشی نیاز به ارتقای ایمنی در محیط‌های ورزشی، آموزش ایمنی و مسائل حقوق ورزش به کلیة عوامل (اعم از عوامل اجرایی، ورزشکار و خانواده آن‌ها) و همچنین توجه بیشتر به مسائل بیمه‌های ورزشی به‌منظور جبران خسارت ناشی از حوادث احساس می‌شود.

objective: this research aims to conduct content analysis of court cases related to sports incidents in east azarbaijan province during the years 2019 to 2021.methodology: this study serves an applied purpose, utilizing quantitative content analysis as the research method and employing a descriptive strategy. the statistical population comprises 18 cases of sports incidents registered with provincial judicial authorities, which were subjected to analysis using the researcher’s coding checklist. the reliability and validity of the research tool were assessed, and data analysis was conducted using spss26 software.results: the findings indicate that team sports, particularly football, accounted for the highest number of injuries among various disciplines, with men experiencing more accidents and incidents compared to women. among the culprits and causes of accidents, included venue officials and after that, the injured athlete represented the highest percentage. additionally, the results highlight a low utilization of sports insurance within society.conclusion: conclusion: to mitigate sports incidents and accidents, there is a pressing need to emphasize safety within sports environments, provide safety education, and address sports rights issues among all stakeholders, including implementers, athletes, and their families. also, more attention is paid to sports insurance issues in order to compensate for damages caused by accidents.
