واکاوی کیفی عوامل اثرگذار بر استقرار باشگاه‌ داری حرفه ای والیبال ایران

هدف: ورزش حرفه‌ای به بخش ثابتی در ساختار‌های اقتصادی سودمحور تبدیل شده است و موجودیت خود را در باشگاه‌های ورزشی شکل می‌دهد، بنابراین توسعه و فعالیت‌های گسترده آن، بدون باشگاه‌های ورزشی، امکان‌پذیر نیست. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، واکاوی کیفی عوامل علی، زمینه‌ای و مداخله‌گر استقرار باشگاه‌داری حرفه‌ای والیبال ایران بود.  روش‌شناسی: روش پژوهش به صورت کیفی و از نوع نظریه داده‌بنیاد بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمام خبرگان در حوزه باشگاه‌داری حرفه‌ای والیبال کشور بود. مشارکت‌کنندگان شامل20 تن از خبرگان کلیدی و آگاه بود که به روش نمونه‌گیری نظری انتخاب شدند. برای روایی و پایایی مطالعه از معیار مقبولیت در 10 شاخص استفاده شد. مصاحبه‌ها تا اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. مجموعه‌ای از مفاهیم و مقوله‌ها طی فرآیندهای کدگذاری باز، محوری وگزینشی به دست آمد.یافته‌ها: بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر می‌توان عنوان کرد عوامل قانونی و اقتصادی در بخش شرایط علی، عوامل مالی و حقوقی در قسمت شرایط زمینه‌ای و عامل سرمایه‌گذاری در بخش شرایط مداخله‌گر تسهیل کننده و عامل مدیریتی در قسمت شرایط مداخله‌گر محدود کننده بر استقرار باشگاه‌داری حرفه‌‎ای والیبال ایران موثر هستند.نتیجه‌گیری: باشگاه‌داری حرفه ای والیبال ایران نیازمند بستری قانونی و حقوقی به منظور عقلایی کردن شرایط حضور تیم‌هایی با مالکیت خصوصی و تعاونی است؛ بستری که مبنی بر درآمدزایی فعالیت‌های باشگاه‌های ورزشی باشد.

a qualitative investigation of the affecting factors on the establishment of professional management of iranian volleyball clubs

objective: professional sports have become an integral part of profit-driven economic structures, with their existence rooted in sports clubs. consequently, the development and extensive activities of professional sports are impossible without sports clubs. this study aims to qualitatively analyze the causal, contextual, and intervening factors influencing the establishment of professional volleyball club management in iran.methodology: this research employed a qualitative approach using grounded theory methodology. the statistical population consisted of all experts in the field of professional volleyball club management in iran. participants included 20 key and experts, selected through theoretical sampling. the trustworthiness and dependability of the study were established using credibility criteria across 10 indicators. interviews continued until theoretical saturation was achieved. a set of concepts and categories were derived through open, axial, and selective coding processes.results. the findings of this study suggest that legal and economic factors in the causal conditions section, financial and legal factors in the contextual conditions section, and investment factors in the facilitating intervening conditions section, as well as management factors in the constraining intervening conditions section, significantly impact the establishment of professional volleyball club management in iran.conclusion: the establishment of professional volleyball club management in iran requires a legal framework to rationalize the conditions for the presence of privately and cooperatively owned teams, based on revenue generation from sports club activities.
