مدلسازی عوامل موثر بر سرمایه فرهنگی کارکنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان

هدف: این پژوهش با هدف مدل ‌سازی عوامل موثر بر سرمایه فرهنگی کارکنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان انجام شد.روش‌ شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت توصیفی- همبستگی بود که به شکل میدانی انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کارشناسان وزارت ورزش و جوانان بود. 387 نفر به عنوان نمونه و بر اساس 5 گویه به ازای هر سوال انتخاب شد. روش نمونه‌گیری به صورت در دسترس بود. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه محقق ساخته در دو بخش مشخصات توصیفی و سوالات تخصصی بود. پرسش نامه نهایی با روش لیکرت و با ارزش‌گذاری پنج گزینه ای تهیه شد. روایی صوری و محتوایی آن توسط 17 نفر از متخصصین بررسی و پایایی پرسشنامه نیز با روش آلفای کرونباخ تایید شد.یافته‌ها: بر اساس یافته‌ها، شاخص‏ q^2 برای مولفه های سرمایه اجتماعی، مدیریت بدن و هویت یابی در محدوده متوسط تا قوی و برای سایر مولفه ها در محدوده قوی قرار دارد. همچنین شاخص r^2 به جز دو مولفه هویت یابی و سرمایه اجتماعی که در محدوده ضعیف تا متوسط قرار دارد، برای مابقی مولفه ها در محدوده قوی می باشد. برازش مدل از مقدار قابل قبولی برخوردار بود.نتیجه‌گیری: در راستای تحقق سرمایه فرهنگی، ابتدا باید انگیزه‌های افراد را شناسایی کرد سپس از طریق فرهنگ‌سازی مطلوب و تاکید بر مولفه‌های شناسایی شده، برنامه‌ریزی در جهت استقرار سرمایه فرهنگی متناسب با سازمان‌های ورزشی را پیاده سازی کرد.

objective: this research was conducted with the aim of modeling the factors affecting the cultural capital of the employees of the ministry of sports and youth.methodology: the current research was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlation in terms of nature; which was done in the field. the statistical population of the research included experts from the ministry of sports and youth. 387 persons were selected as a sample and participated in the study. the research tool included a researcher-made questionnaire in two parts: descriptive characteristics and specialized questions. the final questionnaire was prepared using the likert method and with five options. its face and content validity was verified by 17 experts and the reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by cronbach’s alpha method.findings: according to the findings, the values ​​obtained for the q2 index for the components of social capital, body management and identification are in the medium to strong range and for other components in the strong range. also, except for the two components of identification and social capital, which are in the weak to medium range, the r2 index is in the strong range for the rest of the components. the fit of the model was acceptable.conclusion: in order to realize the cultural capital, one should first identify the motivations of the people, then implement the planning for the establishment of the cultural capital appropriate to sports organizations through the desired culturalization and emphasis on the identified components.
