سنجش عوامل موثر کنترل و پایش ریسک پروژه‌های تحقیقاتی ورزشی

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر، سنجش عوامل موثر بر کنترل و پایش ریسک پروژه‌های تحقیقاتی ورزشی بود. روش‌ شناسی: پژوهش حاضر، از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نوع پیمایشی مبتنی بر معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل پژوهشگرانی است که در طرح‌های تحقیقاتی ورزشی مشارکت داشته‌اند و 65 نفر به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری این تحقیق پرسشنامه‌های کنترل و پایش ریسک، پرسشنامه کنترل کیفیت، پرسشنامه توسعه تیم، پرسشنامه توسعه توانمندی و پرسشنامه تحلیل ریسک است که روایی صوری و محتوایی این ابزارهای پژوهش مورد تایید اساتید و خبرگان دانشگاهی قرار گرفت. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از شاخص‌های آمار توصیفی همچون جداول توزیع فراوانی و روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری با رویکرد حداقل مربعات جزئی انجام شده است. یافته‌ها: تحلیل ریسک بر کنترل کیفیت با ضریب مسیر 0.593، تحلیل ریسک بر توسعه تیم با ضریب مسیر 0.613، تحلیل ریسک بر توسعه توانمندی با ضریب مسیر 0.623، کنترل و پایش ریسک بر تحلیل ریسک با ضریب مسیر 0.663 در پروژه‌های تحقیقاتی ورزشی تاثیرگذار است. همچنین مقدار gof در این پژوهش، برابر با 0.256 است که نشان از برازش بالاتر از متوسط مدل پژوهش است. نتیجه‌گیری: در نهایت با توجه به نتایج تحقیق می‌توان گفت در پروژه های تحقیقاتی نیاز به دید کل نگر و سیستمی به ریسک ها می باشد. همچنین نیاز است ریسک ها به تناسب زمان و هزینه اولویت بندی شوند و روش مناسب پاسخگویی به هر ریسک قبل از پروژه ارائه شود.

objective: the purpose of this study was to measuring the effective factors of controlling and monitoring the risk of sports research projects.methodology: the present study was applied in terms of purpose and survey type based on structural equations. the statistical population of the study includes researchers who have participated in sports research projects and 65 people were selected by purposive and available sampling. the collection tools of this research are risk control and monitoring questionnaires, quality control questionnaire, team development questionnaire, competency development questionnaire and risk analysis questionnaire. the face and content validity of these research tools were approved by professors and academic experts. data analysis was performed using descriptive statistical indicators such as frequency distribution tables and structural equation modeling with partial least squares approach (pls).results: risk analysis on quality control with path coefficient of 0.593, risk analysis on team development with path coefficient of 0.613, risk analysis on capability development with path coefficient of 0.623, risk control and monitoring on risk analysis with path coefficient of 0.663 in sports research projects are influential. the findings also indicate that the value of gof in this study is equal to 0.256, which indicates that the research model has a higher than average fit.conclusion: finally, according to the research results, it can be said that in research projects, there is a need for a holistic and systematic view of risks. risks also need to be prioritized in proportion to time and cost, and an appropriate pre-project response to each risk needs to be provided.
