ادراک ذینفعان از عوامل اثر گذار بر موفقیت ورزش های تیمی

هدف: بررسی ادراک ذینفعان از عوامل اثر گذار بر موفقیت ورزش‌های تیمی استان گیلان بود.روش‌شناسی: روش پژوهش توصیفی-پیمایشی، که به صورت میدانی انجام‌شده‌ ‌است، جامعه آماری پژوهش روسا، نواب رئیس و دبیران هیئت های ورزشی استان گیلان که دارای نماینده در لیگ برتر و دسته یک کشور می‌باشند به همراه کلیه مدیران، مربیان و بازیکنان تیم‌های مربوطه بود. روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس و هدفمند انتخاب شدند (217 نفر). روایی پرسشنامه محقق ساخته توسط صاحب‌نظران تائید شد و پایایی آن (0.89) محاسبه شد.یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد بین عوامل درونی 0.021=p و عوامل بیرونی 0.041=p در موفقیت ورزش‌های تیمی در مسابقات لیگ برتر و دسته یک استان گیلان در سه گروه مدیر، مربی، ورزشکار تفاوت وجود دارد. در ابعاد درونی در ابعاد مربی 0.006=p، بازیکن 0.021=p و تیم 0.013=p و در ابعاد بیرونی در بعد رسانه‌ها 0.047=p در موفقیت ورزش‌های تیمی در مسابقات لیگ برتر و دسته یک استان گیلان در سه گروه مدیر، مربی، ورزشکار تفاوت وجود دارد. نتایج نشان داد بین عوامل درونی عامل بازیکنان و بین عوامل بیرونی عامل هواداران تاثیر بیشتری داشته‌اند.نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج پیشنهاد می‌شود به عواملی مانند تجربه مربی، کیفیت بازیکن از نظر تکنیکی و تاکتیکی، مکان ورزشی اختصاصی برای تمرین و مسابقه، هماهنگی و انسجام تیمی و تعصب بازیکنان به تیم، ثبات مدیریتی، وجود حامیان مالی قوی، حضور بیشتر تماشاچیان و هواداران با افزایش تعداد و ظرفیت ورزشگاه‌های میزبان مسابقات، عدم حاشیه‌سازی برای تیم و باشگاه توسط رسانه‌ها و مطبوعات برای کسب موفقیت تیم‌ها بیشتر توجه شود.

objective: the study stakeholder perception of the factors influencing the success of team sports in guilan province.methodology: descriptive-survey research method being a field study was conducted. the statistical population of the study includes bosses, vice presidents, secretaries and employees of guilan province sport committees having representatives in the premier league and first division of the country along with all managers, coaches, and players of the respective teams available and targeted sampling methods were selected (217 people). the validity of the researcher-made questionnaire was confirmed by experts and its reliability (0.89) was calculated.results: the results showed there is a difference between internal factors (p=0.021) and external factors (p=0.041) in the success of team sports in the premier league and first division of guilan province in three groups: manager, coach and athlete. in the internal dimensions in the dimensions of the coach (p=0.006), the player (p=0.021) and the team (p=0.013) and in the external dimensions in the media dimension (p=0.047) in the success of team sports in the premier league and first division of the province. guilan there are differences in three groups: manager, coach, and athlete. the results showed that the internal factors of the players ’factor had a greater effect than the external factors of the fans’ factor.conclusion: sports managers are advised to pay attention to the priority of factors in planning and to give more credit to the importance of the success factor of the fans on success.
