شناسایی و تحلیل کلان روندهای موثر بر شایستگی مدیران ورزشی با مدیریت کلاس جهانی در صنعت ورزش ایران با رویکرد آینده پژوهی

هدف: یکی از مهمترین گام های آینده پژوهی، شناسایی و تحلیل روندهای موثر بر آن است بر این اساس هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی کلان روندهای موثر بر آینده ی شایستگی مدیران ورزشی با مدیریت کلاس جهانی در صنعت ورزش ایران است. بنابراین پس از انجام مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و بررسی اسناد و منابع معتبر و مصاحبه با 23 نفر از خبرگان، فهرستی از روندهای کلیدی موثر به دست آمد و با استفاده از روش دلفی، کلان روندها از 89 مورد به 37 مورد تقلیل یافتند. سپس با بهره گیری از روش تحلیل ساختاری، ماتریس تاثیر متقابل طراحی شد و با تشکیل پانلی شامل 11 نفر از خبرگان و اجماع نظرات آنان درباره تاثیرگذاری عوامل بر یکدیگر، داده ها وارد ماتریس شد. با تحلیل داده های برآمده از ماتریس با نرم افزار میک مک، میزان تاثیرگذاری و تاثیرپذیری هرکدام از عوامل ارزیابی شده است.بر این اساس، روندهای راهبردی موثر شناخته شدند و مشخص شد که روندهایی نظیر سرمایه گذاری در ورزش های قهرمانی، جهانی شدن ورزش، گسترش اقتدار سازمان های ورزشی در سیاست گذاری، افزایش نقش زنان در ورزش و رشد مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز، بیشترین تاثیرگذاری را بر آینده شایستگی مدیران ورزشی با مدیریت کلاس جهانی در صنعت ورزش دارند.از این رو توجه به ویژگی های مدیران ورزشی که باعث ایجاد توانایی بیشتر در برخورد با محیط متغیر می شود، مدیران ورزشی را در اداره سازمان های ورزشی با مدیریت کلاس جهانی یاری می دهد و زمینه ساز کسب مزیت رقابتی و حضور در بازارهای جهانی می گردد.

identifying and analyzing macro trends affecting the competence of sports managers with world-class management in the iranian sports industry with a futures research approach

one of the most important steps in foresight is to identify and analyze the trends affecting it. therefore, the main purpose of this study is to identify the major trends affecting the future competence of sports managers with world-class management in the iranian sports industry.therefore, after conducting library studies and reviewing valid documents and sources and interviews with 23 experts, a list of processes the key to the future of competence of sports managers was obtained and using the delphi method, macro trends were reduced from 89 to 37. then, using the structural analysis method, the interaction matrix was designed and by forming a panel consisting of 11 experts and their consensus on the effect of factors on each other, the data entered the matrix. by analyzing the data from the matrix with mick mac software, the degree of effectiveness of each factor has been evaluated.accordingly, strategic trends were identified as effective and it was found that trends such as investment in championship sports, globalization of sports, expanding the authority of sports organizations in policy-making, increasing the role of women in sports and the growth of green human resource management, have the greatest impact. the future of sports managers is to compete with world-class management in the sports industry. therefore, paying attention to the characteristics of sports managers, which creates more ability to deal with the changing environment, helps sports managers in managing sports organizations with world-class management.
