اولویت‌بندی موانع مدیریت استراتژیک معاونت تربیت‌بدنی و سلامت آموزش و پرورش

هدف: این پژوهش با هدف رتبه بندی موانع مدیریت استراتژیک در معاونت تربیت‌بدنی و سلامت آموزش و پرورش با استفاده از فرایند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی انجام پذیرفت.روش‌شناسی روش پژوهش از نوع توسعه ای–کاربردی و از لحاظ راهبردی، متوالی اکتشافی(کیفی – کمی) انجام شده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق 27 نفر از مدیران ستادی معاونت تربیت بدنی و سلامت بودند که بدین منظور، با طراحی پرسشنامه زوجی مقیاسی بر مبنای ahp و تایید روایی آن توسط 8 نفر از متخصصان، به وزن دهی و رتبه بندی موانع شناسایی شده به وسیله نرم افزار expert choice پرداخته شد.یافته‌ها: بر طبق خروجی سیستم، موانع مدیریت استراتژیک در معاونت تربیت‌بدنی و سلامت آموزش و پرورش به ترتیب موانع انسانی 0.278، موانع مالی 0.188، ساختاری 0.96، موانع طراحی و برنامه ریزی 0.90، موانع آموزشی 0.84، موانع محیطی 0.76،  موانع حقوقی و قانونی 0.74،  موانع اطلاعاتی 0.47 و موانع اخلاقی 0.67 رتبه بندی شدند. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به این نتایج، انتظار می رود معاونت تربیت‌بدنی و سلامت درخصوص طراحی نظام توسعه و توانمند سازی نیروی انسانی، جذب اعتبارات و توزیع مناسب آن،  ایجاد وضعیت زیرساختی، تجهیزاتی و امکاناتی مناسب و همچنین ثبات نگاه استراتژیک مدیران اقدامات لازم را انجام دهد

prioritizing the barriers to strategic management of thedeputy of physical education and health education

objective: the aim of this study was to rank the barriers to strategic management in the department of physical education and health education using a hierarchical analysis process.methodology: the research method is developmental-applied and strategically, sequentially exploratory (qualitative-quantitative). the statistical population of the study was 27 staff managers of the deputy of physical education and health. expert choice paid.results: according to the output of the system, the barriers to strategic management in the deputy of physical education and health education were ranked as follows: human barriers 0.278, financial barriers 0.188, structural 0.96, design and planning barriers 0.90, educational barriers 0.84, environmental barriers 0.76, legal barriers 0.74, information barriers 0.74 and moral barriers 0.67.conclusion: according to these results, the deputy of physical education and health is expected to take the necessary measures to design the system of development and empowerment of human resources, attracting funds and its proper distribution, creating appropriate infrastructure, equipment and facilities, as well as the strategic vision of managers .
