تدوین مدل سرمایه‌گذاری بخش خصوصی با تاکید بر رویداد های بزرگ ورزشی

هدف: هدف اصلی پژوهش تدوین مدل سرمایه گذاری بخش خصوصی با تاکید بر رویدادهای یزرگ ورزشی است.روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی _ تحلیلی و از نظر هدف کاربردی است. در بخش کیفی پژوهش 30 نفر به‌طور هدفمند و در بخش کمی بر اساس فرمول کوکران نفر از روسای فدراسیون های ورزشی، مدیران باشگاه‌های ورزشی، حامیان مالی، مدیران وزارت ورزش و جوانان، اساتید و متخصصین تربیت بدنی و کلیه اعضای اتاق فکر وزارت ورزش و جوانان ایران به ‌عنوان نمونه تحقیق برگزیده شدند. برای دستیابی به اهداف پژوهش از پرسشنامه 53 سوالی محقق ساخته استفاده شد. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه به تائید 15 نفر از متخصصان رسید و روایی سازه پرسشنامه با تحلیل عاملی تاییدی مورد تائید قرار گرفت. شاخص‌های پایایی ترکیبی (cr) و آلفای کرونباخ برای تمامی سازه‌ها و کل پرسشنامه بالاتر از 0.7 بودند. برای تحلیل داده‌ها در بخش کیفی از روش دلفی در سه مرحله استفاده شد. در بخش کمی نیز از روش های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی ازجمله کلموگروف – اسمیرنف، تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و تحلیل مسیر با کمک دو نرم‌افزار spss 22  و smartpls  استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد عوامل اقتصادی به عنوان مهم ترین و اولین عامل موثر (0.325)، عوامل مدیریتی (0.278) در رتبه دوم، عوامل فرهنگی(0.267) در رتبه سوم، عوامل حقوقی و قانونی (0.213) در رتبه چهارم و عوامل ساختاری (0.193) در سرمایه گذاری و مشارکت بخش خصوصی در رویدادهای ورزشی ملی و بین المللی موثر است.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج حاصل از تحقیق نشان می دهد ارائه راهکارهای اقتصادی، مدیریتی و فرهنگی به عنوان مهم ترین مولفه ها می تواند موجب سرمایه گذاری و مشارکت بخش خصوصی در صنعت ورزش ایران شود.

developing a model of private sector investment factors with emphasis on national and international sporting events

objective: the main purpose of this research is to formulate a private sector investment model with an emphasis on sporting events .methodology: the present study is descriptive-analytical and applied in terms of purpose. in the qualitative part of the research, 30 people purposefully and in the quantitative part, according to cochran's formula, people from thepresidents of sports federations, managers of sports clubs, financial sponsors, managers of the ministry of sports and youth, professors and physical education specialists and all members of the think tank of the ministry of sports. iranian youth were selected as a research sample. a 53-item researcher-made questionnaire was used to achieve the research objectives.delphi method was used to analyze the data in the qualitative part in three steps. in the quantitative part, descriptive and confirmatory factor analysis andpath analysis were used with the help of spss 22 and smart pls software.results: the results showed that economic factors as the most important andin the first rank (0.325), managerial factors (0.278) in the second rank, cultural factors (0.267) in the third place, and legal factors (0.213) and structural factors (0.193) in the fourth rank are effective in private sector investment and participation in national and international sporting events.conclusion: the results of the research show that providing economic, managerial and cultural solutions as the most important components can leadto investment and participation of the private sector in the iranian sports industry.
