شناسایی ابعاد شتاب‌گیری دانشکده‌های تربیت بدنی دانشگاه‌های دولتی به سوی دانشگاه های نسل چهار

هدف: در قرن حاضر دانشگاه‌ها به عنوان سازمان بنیادی در تمامی رشته‌ها، وظیفه‌ای فراتر از آموزش عالی بر عهده دارند و در جهت کاهش بار مشکلات بیکاری نیروی انسانی فارغ التحصیل از دانشگاه باید پابه پای دولت تلاش نمایند، مدیریت راهبردی صحیح در جهت این اهداف و شکل‌گیری دانشگاه‌های نسل چهار با کارکردهای خود می‌تواند نتایج مطلوبی برای دولت‌ها داشته باشد. این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی ابعاد شتاب‌گیری دانشکده‌های تربیت بدنی دانشگاه‌های دولتی به سوی دانشگاه‌های نسل چهار بود. روش‌شناسی: روش تحقیق آمیخته و ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها مصاحبه شامل 12نفر از اساتید مدیریت ورزشی و پرسش نامه محقق‌ساخته به روش دلفی بود. جامعه آماری325نفر شامل تمام اساتید تربیت بدنی دانشگاه‌های دولتی کشور بودند. نمونه آماری به روش کل شمار انتخاب شد که با توزیع پرسشنامه‌ها، 218 پرسشنامه عودت داده‌شد.یافته‌ها: از نتایج دلفی، تحلیل عامل اکتشافی و تاییدی 12 بعد مسئولیت علمی و اجتماعی، پویایی محیط و ماموریت سازمانی، مراکز رشد زایشی، مشتریان و رقبا، سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی، ارتباط با صنایع، نقش دولت، ساختار و بسترسازی، مدیریت عالی و رهبری، منابع انسانی، ایفای نقش دانشکده نسل چهارم، کیفیت آموزشی و پژوهشی شناسایی شدند. نتیجه‌گیری: بنابراین دانشکده‌های تربیت بدنی نسل چهارم با توجه به ایعاد شناسایی شده می‌توانند موجب ثروت افزایی و ایجاد اشتغال فارغ التحصیلان شوند.

identify the dimensions of the acceleration of physical education faculties of public universities towards fourth generation universities

objective: in this century, universities, as the responsible body in all fields, have a duty beyond higher education, and in order to reduce the burden of unemployment problems, university graduates must work with the government, proper strategic management in for these purposes and the formation of fourth generation universities with their functions can have favorable results for governments. the aim of this study was to identify the dimensions of the acceleration of physical education faculties of public universities towards fourth generation universities.methodology: the research method was mixed and the data collection tool was an interview with 12 professors of sports management and a researcher-made questionnaire by delphi method. the statistical population of 325 people included all professors of physical education in public universities of the country. the statistical sample was selected by the total number method that 218 questionnaires were returned by distributing all questionnaires.results: delphi results of exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis showed that 12 dimensions including dimensions of scientific and social responsibility, environmental dynamics and organizational mission, reproductive growth centers, customers and competitors, information systems, industry relations, government role, structure and context, active management and leadership, human resources, playing the role of 4th generation faculty, educational and research quality were identified.conclusion: therefore, the fourth generation physical education schools, according to the identified holidays, can lead to increasing wealth and creating employment for graduates.
