تحلیل منظر های توسعه کار آفرینی و اشتغال در ورزش پرورشی و پایه کشور

هدف : هدف از این پژوهش شناسایی فرصت ها، چالش‌ها، و راهکارهای توسعه کارآفرینی و اشتغال در ورزش پرورشی و پایه بود. روش‌شناسی: روش تحقیق از نوع هدف کاربردی بوده و به روش توصیفی پیمایشی انتخاب شد. جامعه آماری را کلیه افراد صاحب نظر در زمینه اشتغال و کارآفرینی در حوزه ورزش پرورشی و پایه تشکیل می دادند. با توجه به تنوع و غیرقابل شمارش بودن جامعه آماری، با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری به روش قضاوتی، تعداد 164 نمونه انتخاب شد. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. روایی صوری(10 نفر)  و نرمال بودن توزیع متغیرها تایید و ضریب پایایی با استفاده از روش آلفای کرونباخ (0.87) به دست آمد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش‌های آماری فریدمن، یومن ویتنی و ویلکاکسون در نرم افزار spss استفاده شد. یافته‌ها : یافته‌ های پژوهش شامل چهار بخش اصلی حوزه ‌های کارآفرینی، اشتغال، چالش‌ها و راهکارها بود. یافته‌ها تفاوت معنی ‌داری را بین وضعیت موجود با ظرفیت بالقوه در حوزه ‌های مختلف کارآفرینی و اشتغال نشان دادند. همچنین بین اولویت مولفه ‌ها در هر دو بخش چالش‌ها و راهکارها تفاوت معنی ‌داری وجود داشت. همچنین یافته‌ها نشان داد بین دیدگاه مدرسان و مجریان تنها در چالش‌های ارتباطی و اطلاعاتی تفاوت معنی ‌داری وجود دارد و در سایر ابعاد تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود نداشت. نتیجه‌گیری : به صورت کلی، براساس یافته ‌های پژوهش می ‌توان گفت که ورزش پرورشی از ظرفیت متنوع و بالایی برای کارآفرینی و اشتغال برخوردار است و لازم است ضمن در نظر گرفتن دیدگاه ‌ها و اولویت ‌های مشخص شده با اتخاد راهکارهای مناسب برای هر بخش از شغل و کسب و کار به رونق این بازار زمینه رشد کارآفرینی و ورود افراد متخصص ورزشی را هر چه بیشتر فراهم نمایند. و  با ارزیابی هر یک از فرصت‌های اشتغال و کارآفرینی و اقدام در جهت رفع چالش‌های پیش روی آن ها و روابط بین آن ها به اجرای راهبردهای توسعه دهنده مناسب در این زمینه پرداخت.

analyzing the perspective of entrepreneurship and employment development in the national educational and grassroots sport

objective: the purpose of current research was to identify the opportunities, challenges and solutions to develop the entrepreneurship and employment in grassroots sport. it was a descriptive survey .methodology: the research population included all the experts in the field of grassroots sport employment and entrepreneurship and the research sampling was judgment method based on the defined criteria. the research instrument was unstructured questionnaire. the content validity and reliability were confirmed by the experts’ opinion (n=10) and cronbach’s alpha respectively. to analyze data, the statistical methods of freedman, mann whitney u and wilcoxon were used by spss software.results: the findings showed that eight factors (emotional aspect, financial the results were divided into four parts: entrepreneurship, employment, challenges and solutions. we found that there was the significant difference between the current situation and potential capacity in the different areas of entrepreneurship and employment. also, there was the significant different between both challenges and solutions’ priorities. furthermore, the executive experts’ opinions differed significantly from the educational experts.conclusion: overall, according to the results, the grassroots sport has a high various capacity of employment and entrepreneurship. considering the opinions and priorities defined in this research, it is essential to enrich this market through suitable solutions for each dimension of business and occupation. obviously, it is vital to conduct development strategies using the assessment of employment and entrepreneurship opportunities as well as the maximum removal of challenges.
