چالش‌های ورزش در نظام سیاسی اقلیم کردستان عراق

هدف: ورزش در اقلیم‌های مختلف سیاسی تابع شرایط و وضعیت‌های مختلفی قرار گرفته است. این ویژگی منجر به شکل‌گیری کارکردهای مختلف ورزش در موقعیت های سیاسی شده است. هدف از این تحقیق شناسایی و چارچوب‌بندی چالش‌های ورزش در نظام سیاسی اقلیم کردستان بود.روش‌شناسی: با استفاده از روش کیفی و کاربرد استراتژی موردپژوهی داده‌هایی از طریق مصاحبه جمع‌آوری شد. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل مضامین استفاده شد. مشارکت‌کنندگان در تحقیق 35 نفر از صاحب‌نظران در حوزه سیاست ورزش بودند. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد 9 مقوله مرجعیت‌های تصمیم‌گیری، سیستم طبقه‌بندی، سازمان فراورزش، بازیگران ورزشی، حمایت مالی، مسابقات ملی و منطقه‌ای، مدیریت و تحقیقات علمی، استعدادیابی و رسانه‌ها وجود دارد که در 3 مضمون اصلی شامل سیال بودن ساختار ورزش پیشبرد ورزش به شکل سلیقه‌ای و استفاده ابزاری از سیستم ورزشی توسط احزاب سیاسی، چالش‌های ورزش در نظام سیاسی اقلیم کردستان عراق را تعیین کردند.نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج پژوهش می‌توان گفت چالش‌های ورزش در نظام سیاسی اقلیم کردستان از پیچیدگیی و گستردگی زیادی برخوردار است. از این رو چارچوب مفهومی ارائه شده در این پژوهش می‌تواند به درک جامع و نظام‌مند این چالش‌ها توسط تصمیم‌گیران کمک نماید.

sports challenges in the political system of the iraqi kurdistan region

objective: sport system in different regions of the world is managed differently. this feature has led to the formation of various functions of sports in political situations. the purpose of this study was to explore the sports challenges in the political system of the kurdistan region.methodology: the researcher used semi-structured interview protocols and action research strategy to collect data from 35 experts in the field of sports policy. thematic analysis is used to analyze the data.results: the results show there are nine categories of decision-making authorities, classification system, ultra-sport organization, sports actors, financial support, national and regional competitions, scientific management and research, talent system and media, which includes 3 main themes: the indeterminate of the sport structure, advancing of sports in personalized way and instrumental use of sport system by political parties were determinatinig of sport in the political system of the iraqi kurdistan region.conclusion: based on the results of the research, it can be argued that the challenges of sports in the political system of kurdistan region are very complex and extensive. accordingly, the proposed research framework can be helpful for disionmakers to have a systematice and thorough understanding of these challenges.
