شناسایی پیشران‌ ‏های موثر بر آینده ورزش همگانی ایران

هدف : هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی پیشران‏ ها ی موثر بر آینده ورزش همگانی ایران بود. روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت بر اساس روش آینده پژوهی، تحلیلی و اکتشافی بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل چهل و یک نفر از خبرگان (یازده نفر از اعضای هیات علمی رشته تربیت بدنی با متوسط سنی چهل و شش سال که 9 سال سابقه فعالیت، علمی و عملی در ورزش همگانی داشتند؛ چهارده نفر از مدیران و کارشناسان معاونت ورزش همگانی وزرات ورزش و جوانان و فدراسیون ورزش ‏های همگانی با متوسط سنی چهل و یک سال بودند وشانزده نفر از آن‏ها  پیشکسوتان ورزش همگانی متوسط سنی پنجاه و شش سال بودند؛ که پانزده سال سابقه فعالیت،  عملی در ورزش همگانی کشور داشتند) ورزش ‏های همگانی بودند که از آن‏ها  مصاحبه های عمیق به صورت نیمه ساختار یافته انجام شد. در پایان داده ها توسط نرم افزار میک مک تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها : نتایج نشان داد عوامل کلیدی موثر بر آینده ورزش قهرمانی در 9 بخش و 37 شاخص کلید ی با پهنا ی ماتر یس 37✕37 مبتنی بر اثرات متقاطع شناسایی شدند .نتیجه‌گیری : با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده از پژوهش حاضر می توان ادعا نمود فرصت های موجود می‏ توانند بر چالش ها برتری یابند و شایسته است مدیران و برنامه ریزان ورزش همگانی، به اهمیت این موارد توجه کنند.

objective: the aim of this study was to identify the drivers that affect the future of iranian public sports.methodology: the present study was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of nature based on futures research, analytical and exploratorymethods. the statistical population of the study included 41 public sports experts (11 faculty members in the field of physical education with anaverage age of 46 years who had 9 years of experience, scientific and practical in public sports; fourteen managers and experts were from thedeputy minister of public sports of the ministry of sports and youth andthe federation of public sports with an average age of 41 years, and 16 ofthem were veterans of the average age of 56 years; who had 15 years ofexperience in public sports in the country.) from whom in-depth interviewswere conducted in a semi-structured manner. finally, the data was analyzedby mick mac softwareresults: the results showed that the key factors affecting the future ofchampionship sports were identified in 9 sections and 37 key indicators witha matrix width of 37*37 based on cross-effectsconclusion: according to the results of the present study, it can be claimedthat the existing opportunities can overcome the challenges and it isworthwhile for managers and public sports planners to pay attention to theimportance of these issues .
