رابطه بین ابتکار در رشد شخصی و کیفیت آموزشی معلمان ورزش دوره ابتدایی با نقش میانجی درگیر شدن در شغل

مطالعه رابطه بین ابتکار در رشد شخصی و کیفیت آموزشی معلمان ورزش دوره ابتدایی با نقش میانجی درگیر شدن در شغل هدف اصلی این پژوهش بود. این پژوهش کاربردی بوده و از نوع تحقیقات همبستگی است. تمامی معلمان ورزش دوره ابتدایی استان گلستان جامعه آماری این پژوهش بودند که تعداد 176 نفر به شیوه تصادفی (طبقه‌ای) به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسش‌نامه‌های استاندارد ابتکار در رشد شخصی (لویکس و رابیتسچک، 2014)، درگیر شدن در شغل (اسکس، 2006) و کیفیت آموزشی (وانگ و همکاران، 2022) بود. داده‌های گردآوری شده با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی تحلیل گردید. نرم‌افزارهای spss 25 و smart pls 3 جهت تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شدند. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان دهنده رابطه‌ای مثبت و معنی‌دار بین ابتکار در رشد شخصی با درگیر شدن در شغل معلمان ورزش بود. همچنین نتایج نشان داد بین ابتکار در رشد شخصی و کیفیت آموزش معلمان ورزش رابطه مثبت و معنی‌داری وجود دارد. در نهایت، نتایج پژوهش نشان داد رابطه بین ابتکار در رشد شخصی با کیفیت آموزشی معلمان ورزش با نقش میانجی درگیر شدن در شغل مثبت و معنی‌دار است. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش می‌توان چنین نتیجه‌گیری نمود که توسعه ابتکار در رشد شخصی معلمان ورزش می‌تواند به پیامدهای مثبتی مانند افزایش درگیر شدن در شغل و افزایش کیفیت آموزشی آن‌ها منجر شود؛ بنابراین ایجاد فرصت‌های مناسب جهت توسعه حرفه‌ای معلمان ورزش توسط مدیران مدارس پیشنهاد می‌شود.

the relationship between personal growth initiative and educational quality of elementary school physical education teachers with mediating role of job engagement

the main purpose of this research was to study the relationship between personal growth initiative and educational quality of elementary school physical education teachers with the mediating role of job engagement. this research was applied and correlational. all elementary school sports teachers of golestan province were the statistical population of this study, of which 176 were randomly (stratified) selected as a sample. the research instrument included standard questionnaires of personal growth initiative (luyckx & robitschek, 2014), job engagement (skas, 2006) and educational quality (wang et al, 2022). the collected data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. spss 25 and smart pls 3 software were used for data analysis. the findings of the research showed a positive and significant relationship between personal growth initiative and job engagement of physical education teachers. also, the results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between personal growth initiative and educational quality of physical education teachers. finally, the results of the research showed that the relationship between personal growth initiative and educational quality of physical education teachers with the mediating role of job engagement is positive and meaningful. based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the development of personal growth initiative of physical education teachers can lead to positive consequences such as job engagement and increasing their educational quality; therefore, the creation of appropriate opportunities for the professional development of physical education teachers by school administrators is suggested.
