تحلیل عوامل موثر بر پیاده سازی سازمان تحول گرا در ورزش تربیتی

سازمان های تحول گرا می توانند خود را همراه با تغییرات محیطی و اقتضائات آن به صورت مطلوب منطبق کنند.هدف پژوهش حاضر تحلیل عوامل موثر بر پیاده سازی سازمان تحول گرا در ورزش تربیتی بود. پژوهش به لحاظ هدف از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی و از حیث روش تحلیل از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی بود که به صورت میدانی انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه معاونین، کارشناسان مسئول و کارکنان حوزه تربیت بدنی و سلامت در وزارت آموزش و پرورش، ادارات کل استان ها و شهرستان‌های کشور به تعداد 357 نفر بودند که نمونه آماری بر اساس جدول مورگان و کرجسی، تعداد 186 نفر به صورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب شد. جمع آوری داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته 56 سوالی عوامل موثر بر پیاده سازی سازمان تحول گرا انجام شد. تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از روش های آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی با کمک نرم افزار اس.پی.اس.اس نسخه 21 و آموس، انجام شد. یافته ها نشان داد که مدل عوامل موثر بر پیاده سازی سازمان تحول گرا در ورزش تربیتی کشور دارای برازش مطلوب و قوی بود. رتبه بندی عوامل موثر بر پیاده سازی سازمان تحول گرا نشان داد که بالاترین رتبه مربوط به بعد سازماندهی و پایین ترین رتبه مربوط به بعد ارزش ها بود. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش حاضر می توان نتیجه گرفت که معاونت تربیت بدنی و سلامت وزارت آموزش و پرورش با استفاده از مدل بدست آمده می تواند تبدیل به یک سازمان تحول گرا شود و در محیط در حال تغییر کنونی، بموقع به نیازهای محیطی پاسخ دهد و در جهت تعالی سازمان حرکت نماید.

analysis of factors affecting the implementation of transformational organization in educational sports

transformational organizations can adapt themselves along with environmental changes and its requirements in a favorable way. the purpose of the current study was to analyze factors affecting the implementation of a transformational organization in educational sports. the present study was an applied research in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlation in terms of analysis method, which was conducted in the field. the statistical population of the research consisted of all assistants, heads of departments, responsible experts and employees in the field of physical education and health in the ministry of education and general administrations of the provinces and cities of the country, including 357 people, and the statistical sample based on the table of morgan and karjesi, consisted of 186 individuals. data collection was done using a researcher-made questionnaire with 56 questions on factors affecting the implementation of a transformational organization. data analysis was done using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics using spssv21 and amos software. the findings showed that the model of effective factors (management, structure, organization, processes, strategies, behavior and culture, organizational needs, environmental needs and values) on the implementation of the transformational organization in educational sports of the country had a favorable and strong fit. the ranking of the factors affecting the implementation of the transformational organization showed that the highest rank was related to the dimension of organization and the lowest rank was related to the dimension of values. according to the results, it can be concluded that the deputy of physical education and health in the ministry of education can become a transformational organization by using the obtained model and respond to the environmental needs in time to the current changing environment and improving the organization.
