ارائه و اعتبارسنجی الگوی راهبردی مدیریت استعدادهای ورزشی دانش آموزان

هدف این پژوهش ارائه و اعتبارسنجی الگوی راهبردی مدیریت استعدادهای ورزشی دانش آموزان بود. روش پژوهش حاضر، از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نوع مدل یابی بوده که به روش میدانی انجام شده است. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه ی محقق ساخته 49 سوالی دارای 9 متغیر است که روایی محتوایی و صوری آن توسط اساتید حوزه ی مدیریت ورزشی سنجیده شده و نظرات آن ها در ویرایش نهایی پرسشنامه لحاظ گردید. سنجش پایایی ابزار پرسشنامه نیز براساس آماره آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه گردید. جامعه ی آماری پژوهش شامل همه ی معلمان درس تربیت بدنی رسمی و پیمانی شاغل در وزارت آموزش و پرورش ایران و نمونه ی آماری 254 نفر از این افراد بودند که براساس نمونه گیری هدفمند از بین معلمان تربیت بدنی چهار استان کشور انتخاب شدند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزارهای اس پی‌اس اس و لیزرل استفاده گردید. داده ها با به کارگیری روش تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، تحلیل عاملی تاییدی مرتبه اول و نیز مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. مطابق یافته ها، نتایج تحلیل عاملی تاییدی از اعتبار الگوی نهایی مدیریت استعدادهای ورزشی دانش آموزان ایران حمایت نموده و نتایج حاکی از تایید مدل بود. لذا الگوی پیشنهادی از روایی مطلوبی برخوردار می باشد. براساس نتایج تحقیق مسئولان ارشد وزارت آموزش و پرورش می بایست با پیاده نمودن الگوی مدیریت استعداد ورزشی دانش آموزان به صورت گسترده در سطح کشور، منابع انسانی کارآمد و اثربخش را برای آینده ی ورزش کشور فراهم نمایند.

developing and validating a strategic model for managing students' sports

the aim of this research was to provide and validate a strategic model for managing students' sportstalents. the research method employed was applied in terms of purpose and modeling type, conductedusing a field study approach. the research tool utilized was a researcher-made questionnaireconsisting of 49 questions across 9 variables. the content and format validity of the questionnairewere evaluated by sports management professors, and their feedback was incorporated to finalize thequestionnaire. the reliability of the questionnaire was assessed using cronbach's alpha coefficient.the statistical population of the research comprised all teachers of formal and informal physicaleducation courses employed within the ministry of education of iran. the sample size consisted of254 individuals selected through purposeful sampling from physical education teachers across fourprovinces of the country. data analysis was conducted using spss and lisrel software.the data were analyzed using exploratory factor analysis (efa), first-order confirmatory factoranalysis (cfa), and structural equation modeling (sem). the findings from the confirmatory factoranalysis supported the validity of the final model for managing sports talents among iranian students,indicating overall approval of the model. therefore, the proposed model demonstrates good validity.based on the research results, it is recommended that senior officials of the ministry of educationimplement the model for managing students' sports talents on a large scale across the country. thisinitiative aims to provide efficient and effective human resources for the future of sports in iran.
