ارائه مدل مدیریت دانش بر مبنای فناوری اطلاعات در تربیت بدنی آموزش و پرورش ایران

هدف از این پژوهش، ارائه مدل مدیریت دانش بر مبنای فناوری اطلاعات در تربیت بدنی آموزش و پرورش ایران بود. روش تحقیق کیفی از نوع تحلیل تم بود. شرکت‌کنندگان شامل 17 نفر از اساتید، مدیران و کارشناسان در حوزه‌های تربیت بدنی و فناوری اطلاعات بودند. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختار یافته بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار مکس کیو دی ای نسخه20 صورت گرفت. اعتبارسنجی پژوهش با استفاده از روش همسوسازی شامل، استفاده از دو کدگذاری و مصاحبه با نمونه‌های متنوع (کارشناسان، مدیران، اساتید) با تخصص‌های مختلف (تربیت بدنی، مدیریت ورزشی، فناوری اطلاعات) صورت پذیرفت. یافته‌ها نشان داد؛ که شایستگی‌های فناوری نیروی انسانی، زیرساخت‌های فناوری در تربیت بدنی و نگرش و گرایش نیروی انسانی مقوله‌های زمینه‌ای مدل را شکل دادند. همچنین، سیستم‌های خدمات پشتیبانی، سامانه‌های عمومی آموزش و پرورش، سامانه‌های تخصصی حوزه تربیت بدنی، سیستم یکپارچه فناوری، مدیریت اطلاعات و فناوری، ارتباطات و شبکه‌سازی، سرعت تبادل داده‌ها، و کیفیت مدیریت داده‌ها به عنوان مقوله‌های فرایندی، مدیریت فناوری و کسب و جذب دانش، تجزیه و تحلیل دانش، توزیع و اشتراک گذاری دانش و درونی‌سازی و کاربست دانش به عنوان مقوله‌های مدیریت دانش احصا شدند. لذا، پیشنهاد می‌گردد، سرمایه‌گذاری بهتری برای توسعه فناوری‌های اطلاعاتی و ارتباطی و توسعه زیرساخت‌های سیستم‌های اطلاعات مدیریت در تربیت‌بدنی آموزش و پرورش با هدف بهبود مدیریت دانش انجام شود. همچنین لازم است، نسبت به توانمندسازی نیروی انسانی تربیت بدنی جهت ارتقای شایستگی‌های فناورانه برنامه‌ریزی لازم صورت پذیرد.

presenting a knowledge management model based on information technology in physical education in the ministry of education of iran

the purpose of this research was to present a knowledge management model based on information technology in physical education of the ministry of education of iran. the qualitative research method was theme analysis. participants included of 17 experts included professors, managers and experts in the fields of physical education and information technology. the data collection tool was semi-structured interviews. data analysis was done using maxqda version 20 software. the validation of the research was done using the triangulation method, including the use of two coders and interviews with various samples (experts, managers, professors) with different specializations (physical education, sport management, information technology). the findings showed that technological competences of human resources, technological infrastructures in physical education, and attitudes and tendencies of human resources formed the basic categories of the model. also, support service systems, public systems of education, specialized systems in the field of physical education, integrated technology system, information technology management, communication and networking, data exchange speed, and data management quality as process of technology management categories. finally, knowledge acquisition and absorption, knowledge analysis, knowledge distribution and sharing, and knowledge internalization and application were counted as knowledge management categories. therefore, it is suggested that a better investment should be made for the development of information and communication technologies and the development of the infrastructure of management information systems in physical education and education with the aim of improving knowledge management. it is also necessary to plan for the empowerment of human resources in physical education to improve technological competencies
