مدل‌سازی درآمدزایی ورزش دانشگاهی در ایران

هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه مدل و بررسی عوامل موثر بر درآمدزایی ورزش دانشگاهی بود. این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی، کمی و میدانی بود که با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش مدیران و کارشناسان تربیت بدنی دانشگاه‌های دولتی کشور و موسسات آموزش عالی وابسته به وزارت علوم بود که از بین آن‌ها، 300 نفر به صورت تصادفی ساده به عنوان نمونه تحقیق انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع‌اوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته بود و جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش آماری مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و نوع خاص آن، تحلیل عاملی تاییدی در نرم‌افزار اسمارت پ یا لاس نسخه3.1.1 استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد مدل‌ پژوهش از برازش مناسب برخوردار است. همچنین عوامل علی تاثیر مثبت و معنی‌داری بر ساز و کارهای درآمدزایی (0.000=p؛ 65.678=t)؛ سازو کارهای درآمدزایی (0.000=p؛ 4.692=t)، بسترهای حاکم (0.000=p؛ 2.782=t) و عوامل مداخله‌گر (0.000=p؛ 9.270=t) تاثیر مثبت و معنی‌داری بر راهبردها و راهبردها نیز تاثیر مثبت و معنی‌داری بر پیامدهای درآمدزایی ورزش دانشگاهی داشتند (0.000=p؛ 145.497=t). بنابراین شناسایی و بهبود عوامل موثر بر درآمدزایی ورزش دانشگاهی می‌تواند موجب توسعه ورزش دانشگاهی شود.

modeling revenue generation of university sports in iran

the purpose of the current research was to present a model and examine the factors affecting the revenue generation of university sports. this research was applied, quantitative and field type, which was conducted using a researcher-made questionnaire. the statistical population of the research was managers and physical education experts of the country’s state universities and higher education institutions affiliated to the ministry of science, from among them, 300 people were selected by simple random as the research sample. the data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire, and to analyze the data, the statistical method of structural equation modeling and its special type, confirmatory factor analysis was used in smartpls 3.1.1 software. the results showed that the research model has a suitable fit. also, the causal factors have a positive and significant effect on revenue generating mechanisms (p=0.000; t=65.678); revenue generating mechanisms (p=0.000; t=4.692), governing platforms (p=0.000; t=2.782) and intervening factors (p=0.000; t=9.270) positive impact and there was a significant effect on the strategies and the strategies also had a positive and significant effect on the revenue -generating consequences of university sports (p=0.000; t=145.497). therefore, identifying and improving factors affecting the revenue generation of university sports can lead to the development of university sports.
