طراحی مدل مدیریت ایمنی در رویدادهای ورزش دانش آموزی

هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی الگوی مدیریت ایمنی در رویدادهای ورزش دانش آموزی ایران بود. روش این تحقیق به صورت کیفی و براساس رویکرد داده بنیاد به شیوه رهیافت گلیزری انجام شد. مشارکت کنندگان در پژوهش شامل 17 نفر از خبرگان آشنا با حوزة ایمنی رویدادهای ورزشی، ورزش مدارس و متخصصان مدیریت ورزشی بودند که برای مصاحبه‌های بدون ساختار تا رسیدن به اشباع‌نظری به شیوه هدفمند انتخاب شدند و داده‌ها به صورت همزمان با استفاده از مجموعه‌ای از کدگذاری های باز، محوری و انتخابی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. جهت اعتبار و روایی از مقبولیت، انتقال‌پذیری و تاییدپذیری استفاده گردید. همچنین برای سنجش پایایی از روش پایایی بازآزمون مصاحبه‌ها که برابر 0/85 بدست آمد. نتایج نشان داد که مدیریت تخصصی فرآیند ایمنی به عنوان مقوله محوری و شایستگی و تخصص فرهنگ ایمنی، تعهدات حرفه ای و مسئولیت‌ها، بخشنامه‌ها و دستور العمل‌ها، مدیریت و برنامه ریزی، مدیریت صحیح بکارگیری منابع انسانی، نگرش توسعه ورزش دانش‌آموزی، خدمات پزشکی و اورژانسی، وضعیت آمادگی جسمانی و روانی، تجهیزات ورزشی، مدیریت بهداشت و نظافت، استاندارد بودن فضاها و امکانات ورزشی به عنوان مقولات تاثیرگذار در الگوی مدیریت ایمنی رویدادهای ورزش دانش آموزی تعیین شدند. بر اساس این مدل پیشنهاد می‌شود که مقوله‌های مختلف مستخرج از این پژوهش با تاکید بر پیشگیری از بروز حوادث، ترویج فرهنگ ایمنی، برنامه ریزی و مدیریت ایمنی در رویدادهای ورزشی دانش‌آموزی مدنظر قرار گیرد.

designing a safety management model for student sports events

the aim of this study was to design a safety management model in iranian student sports events. the method of this research was qualitative and based on the data approach of the foundation using the glaser approach. participants in the study included 17 experts familiar with the field of sports event safety, school sports, and sports management professionals who were purposefully selected for unstructured interviews until saturation was reached, and the data were simultaneously collected using a set of open codings. axial and selective were analyzed. acceptability, transferability and verification were used for validity and reliability. also, to measure the reliability of the method, the reliability of the interview retest method, which was equal to 0.85. the results showed that specialized management of safety process as a central category and competence and expertise of safety culture, professional obligations and responsibilities, directives and instructions, management and planning, proper management of human resource utilization, attitude of student sports development, medical and emergency services , physical and mental fitness status, sports equipment, health and cleanliness management, standardization of sports facilities and facilities were identified as influential categories in the safety management model of student sports events. based on this model, it is suggested that the various categories extracted from this research be considered with emphasis on prevention of accidents, promotion of safety culture, planning and safety management in student sports events.
