رابطۀ جایگاه اجتماعی و تعهد حرفهای معلمان تربیت بدنی با میانجیهویت سازمانی

هدف از این پژوهش بررسی رابطۀ بین جایگاه اجتماعی و تعهد حرفه ای با میانجی هویت‌سازمانی معلمان تربیت‌بدنی شهر رشت بود. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت توصیفیپیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه معلمان تربیت بدنی شهر رشت بودند (265 نفر) و نمونه آماری به صورت کل شمار انتخاب شدند. روایی پرسش نامه‌ها توسط کارشناسان خبره (19 نفر) و پایایی آن نیز با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی تایید شد. از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و با نرم‌افزار اس.پی.اس.اس و پی.ال.اس جهت تجزیه ‌و تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده ‌گردید. نتایج نشان داد که جایگاه اجتماعی به‌طور مستقیم اثر مثبت و معنا‌داری بر تعهد حرفه ای و هویت‌سازمانی دارد. همچنین هویت‌سازمانی به‌طور مستقیم اثر مثبت و معنا‌داری بر تعهد حرفه ای داشت. اثر متغیر جایگاه اجتماعی روی تعهد حرفه ای نیز به‌طور غیرمستقیم از طریق متغیر میانجی هویت‌سازمانی تبیین شد. بررسی نقش ویژگی های جمعیت شناختی بر جایگاه اجتماعی نشان داد بین سابقه خدمت با جایگاه اجتماعی و بین وضعیت استخدامی با جایگاه اجتماعی رابطه مثبت و معنا‌داری مشاهده شد، در صورتی که رابطه مدرک تحصیلی با جایگاه اجتماعی منفی و معنا‌داری بود. بنابراین به متصدیان آموزش و پرورش شهر رشت پیشنهاد می شود برای افزایش جایگاه و منزلت اجتماعی معلمان تربیت بدنی، زمینه ارتقای هویت‌سازمانی آنان را فراهم نمایند تا از این طریق تعهد معلمان تربیت‌بدنی را به حرفه و در نهایت به سازمان آموزش و پرورش افزایش دهند.

The effect Social Status on Professional Commitment among the Physical Educators by Mediating Organizational Identity

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between social status and professional commitment by mediating the organizational identity among the physical educators in Rasht. The present research is a practical survey that has been performed by using the data gathered through the questionnaire from 265 physical educators (whole population). The validity of the researchermade questionnaire was confirmed by experts (19 scholars). Its reliability was examined by Cronbach’s alpha and combined reliability. Structural equation modeling using SPSS and PNS software was applied to analyze the data and to evaluate the fitness of the model. The results showed that social status has a positive and significant effect on professional commitment and organizational identity. Furthermore, organizational identity directly and positively affects professional commitment and accounts for its variation approximately. The effect of the social status on professional commitment was also indirectly explained through organizational commitment. There was a positive and significant relationship between social status and the experience and the status of employment. Also, the result demonstrated an inverse and significant relationship between educational status and social status. Therefore, it is suggested to educators in the city of Rasht to increase the educational status and social status of educators in the field of promoting their organizational identity, thereby enhancing the commitment of physical education teachers to the profession and ultimately increasing education organization.
