الگوی پارادایمی توسعه‌ی تولیدات علمی در حوزه ورزش دانش‌آموزی ایران

هدف پژوهش حاضر تدوین الگوی پارادایمی توسعه‌ی تولیدات علمی در حوزه ورزش دانش‌آموزی ایران می‌باشد. روش پژوهش از نظر راهبرد، کیفی متوالی و اکتشافی با هدف کاربردی توسعه‌ای است که از روش نظریه‌سازی داده بنیاد با رویکرد اشتراس و کوربین (2008) با کدگذاری‌های باز، محوری و انتخابی اسناد و مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختار یافته با جامعه‌ی آماری: خبرگان دانشگاهی تربیت‌بدنی و علوم ورزشی شاغل در آموزش و پرورش و دانشگاه‌های کشور با نمونه‌گیری به روش نظری (قضاوتی) بود که طی مصاحبه با صاحب‌نظر بیست‌وچهارم اشباع نظری حاصل گشت و تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها در طی پنج دور مصاحبه تا رسیدن به اجماع نظری در مورد شناسایی مقوله‌های پدیده‌ی مرکزی، شرایط علّی، زمینه‌ای، مداخله‌گر، راهبردها و پیامدها صورت گرفت. ابزار پژوهش برگه‌های کدگذاری طبق دستورالعمل محقق‌ساخته بودند که روایی آن توسط اعضای گروه دلفی تایید و پایایی آن با معیار پی‌اسکات (ضریب توافق بین کدگذاران) 0.96 محاسبه شد. نتایج کیفی در قالب 84 مقوله و 299 کد مفهومی در دل ابعاد 6 گانه مدل پارادایمی به‌صورت شرایط علّی (17 مقوله، 102 گویه)، پدیده اصلی و مرکزی توسعه تولیدات علمی (10 مقوله، 55 گویه)، راهبردها (21 مقوله، 49 گویه) در سطوح فردی، میانی و کلان، شرایط زمینه‌ای (11 مقوله، 47 گویه)، ‌شرایط مداخله‌گر یا میانجی (16 مقوله، 60 گویه) و پیامدها (10 مقوله، 87 گویه) جای گرفتند. در نتیجه پیشایندها و برآیندهایی توسعه‌ی تولیدات علمی در حوزه ورزش دانش‌آموزی ایران می‌تواند مفید و کاربردی باشند. توسعه‌ی تولیدات علمی در کشور مستلزم اصلاحات ساختاری، راهبردی، مدیریتی و حرفه‌ای است.

Paradigmatic model for scientific production development in the field of Iranian student sport

The purpose of study is a paradigm model for the development of scientific products in the field of Iranian student sport. The research method is a sequential and exploratory quality with an applieddevelopmental goal, Grounded Theory approach of Strauss & Corbin (2008) approach; with open, axial & selective coded worksheets of documents and semistructured interviews with Statistical population: Academic experts & teacher of the physical education and sports sciences were selected by theoretical sampling. the interview with the twentyfourth expert, theoretical saturation was obtained and Data analysis was performed during the five rounds of interviews until a theoretical consensus was reached on identifying the categories of Central concept, (causal, contextual & intervening conditions, strategies and consequences, The research instrument was coding sheets according to the researcher’s instructions, the validity was confirmed by the members of the Delphi group and its reliability was calculated by PScott criterion of 0.96. Results in the form of 84 categories and 299 conceptual codes in the six dimensions of the paradigmatic model as causal conditions (17 categories, 102 items), Central concept of scientific development (10 categories, 55 items), strategies (21 categories, 49 items) at individual, intermediate and macro levels, Contextual conditions (11 categories, 47 items), intervention conditions (16 categories, 60 items) and outcomes (10 categories, 87 items) were included. As a result, Prerequisites and Outcomes of the scientific production development in the field of Iranian student sport can be useful and practical. Scientific production development in the country requires structural, strategic, managerial and professional reforms.
