طراحی الگوی توسعه سرمایه انسانی ورزش دانشگاهی کشور

با توجه به مروری بر مدل‌های ارائه شده و پیشینه تحقیق تا کنون مدلی جامع در زمینه عوامل موثر در توسعه سرمایه انسانی در ورزش دانشگاهی ارائه نشده و نیاز است که این روند در آینده علمی‌تر رشد کند. لذا تحقیق حاضر با هدف طراحی الگوی توسعه سرمایه انسانی ورزش دانشگاهی کشور، انجام پذیرفت. تحقیق مورد مطالعه به لحاظ هدف و ماهیت از نوع روش تحلیل محتوا است که نوع داده‌های آن کیفی است. خبرگان تحقیق 19 نفر از اساتید و مدیران تربیت بدنی که از قهرمانان و مربیان تیم‌های ملی در رشته‌های مختلف و مدیران اجرایی ورزش دانشگاهی کشور بودند که از طریق نمونه‌گیری غیرتصادفی به شیوه هدفمند تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از مصاحبه‌های عمیق و نیمه سازمان‌یافته گردآوری شد. داده‌ها پس از کدگذاری تحلیل شدند و برای تحلیل داده‌های پژوهش از نرم افزار مکس کیودا استفاده شد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که عوامل مدل توسعه سرمایه انسانی ورزش دانشگاهی کشور را می‌توان در 8 مقوله اصلی و 134 مقوله فرعی طبقه بندی نمود. آموزش و یادگیری، مدیریت عملکرد، مدیریت حفظ و نگهداری، کارمندیابی، جبران خدمات، جانشین پروری، عوامل شایستگی و بستر اعتقادی و اخلاقی، به عنوان مضامین اصلی شناسایی‌شده توسعه سرمایه انسانی ورزش دانشگاهی کشور می‌باشند. لذا برای عملیاتی کردن توسعه سرمایه انسانی ورزش دانشگاهی، باید سرمایه گذاری مطلوبی بر اساس استعدادهای علمی ورزشی در دانشگاه‌های کشور انجام پذیرد و بکارگیری قهرمانان ورزشی، می‌بایست در زمره راهبردهای توسعه سرمایه انسانی دانشگاه‌ها قرار گیرد.

Designing a model for the development of human capital in Iranian university sport

According to the review of the proposed models and research background, so far a comprehensive model in the field of factors affecting the development of human capital in academic sports has not been presented and this trend needs to grow. Therefore, the study was conducted with the aim of designing a model for the development of human capital in university sports. In terms of purpose, the study is a content analysis method whose data type is qualitative. Research experts were 19 professors and directors of physical education who were champions and coaches of national teams in various fields and executives of university sports in the country who were selected through nonrandom sampling in a purposeful way to achieve theoretical saturation. Data were collected using indepth and semiorganized interviews. Data were analyzed after coding and Maxqda software was used to analyze the research data. The results show that the factors of the human capital development model of university sports can be classified into 8 main categories and 134 subcategories .Training and learning, performance management, maintenance management, recruitment, service compensation, succession , competency factors and belief and moral context, are the main identified themes of human capital development of university sports. Therefore, in order to implement the development of human capital of university sports, a desirable investment should be made based on scientificsports talents in the country’s universities, and the use of sports heroes should be among the strategies for the development of human capital of universities.
