شناسایی و تبیین عوامل موثر بر توسعه اخلاق در ورزش دانشگاهی

روح معنوی و اخلاقی ورزشی می تواند در ورزش دانشگاه تجلی یافته و به عنوان نماد اخلاقی ورزشی در جامعه محسوب شود. در این تحقیق کاربردی (به لحاظ هدف )، ترکیبی (از منظر نوع جستجوی داده ها) و تحلیلی و اکتشافی (به لحاظ روش تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها) ، هدف شناسایی و تبیین عوامل موثر بر توسعه اخلاق در ورزش دانشگاهی به منظور ارتقاء ارزش های اخلاقی در جامعه ورزشی کشور بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش در بخش کیفی شامل 25 نفر از خبرگان اخلاق ورزشی و در بخش کمی شامل 327 نفر از کارشناسان ورزش در سطح دانشگاه ها ،فدراسیون ها و وزارتخانه ورزش کشور بود. جمع آوری داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته که حاصل از بخش کیفی پژوهش و نظرات خبرگان بود صورت پذیرفت. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش های آمار توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده شد. با استفاده از روش مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و تکنیک تحلیل مضمون مولفه ها و شاخص های موثر بر توسعه اخلاق در ورزش دانشگاهی با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی شناسایی شدند که عبارتند: عوامل موثر فردیرفتاری، عوامل موثر زمینه ای، عوامل موثر سازمانی و عوامل موثر فراسازمانی. بر اساس یافته های پژوهش این عوامل بر توسعه اخلاق در ورزش دانشگاهی به منظور ارتقاء ارزش های اخلاقی در جامعه ورزشی کشور تاثیر گذار بودند. می توان نتیجه گرفت که ارزش های اخلاقی در ورزش دانشگاهی را از طریق راهبردهای آموزشی، ورزشی، پژوهشی، اطلاع رسانی توسعه داد و منتظر رشد ارزش ها و اخلاقیات در ورزش بود

Identifying and explaining the factors affecting the development of ethics in academic sport

Spiritual and ethical spirit in sport is manifested in university and considered as an ethical symbol in society. In this applied (purpose wise),combined( in terms of gathering data ) and analytical – exploratory(from method of analyzing the data perspective ) method of study the purpose was to identify and explain the factors affecting the development of ethics in academic sport with the aim of promoting ethical values in the sports community of the country .The statistical sample of the study in the qualitative section consisted of 25 experts in sport ethic and 327of national and collegiate coaches, university intramural directors and physical education instructors, sport federation and sport embassy experts in the quantitative section. The required data were collected using a researchermade questionnaire that was obtained from the qualitative section of the research and experts’ opinion. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics methods were used. The semistructured interview method was used and the technique of the analysis of the effective components and indicators on the development of ethics in academic sport were identified. These include: individualbehavioral factors, underlying factors, effective factors and organizational factors. The findings also showed that the factors affecting the development of ethics in academic sport affect the promotion of ethical values in the sports community of the country.Based on the result of study we can conclude that inuniversity sport ethical values can be improved by educational, athletic, research.
