ارزیابی الگوی حاکم در تربیت بدنی مدارس از دیدگاه معلمان بر اساس معیارهای انجمن ملی ورزش و تربیت‌بدنی

هدف از این پژوهش ارزیابی الگوی حاکم در تربیت بدنی مدارس از دیدگاه معلمان بر اساس معیارهای انجمن ملی ورزش و تربیت‌بدنی می‌باشد. این پژوهش، از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از حیث ماهیت، توصیفی پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دبیران ورزش استان گیلان بود (840 نفر). جهت تعیین حجم نمونه آماری از جدول مورگان استفاده شد که از طریق نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای، 270 دبیر ورزش به‌عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه استاندارد ارزیابی عملکرد معلمان انجمن ملی تربیت‌بدنی و ورزش استفاده شد. روایی صوری پرسش‌نامه به تایید صاحب‌نظران (10 نفر) رسید و همچنین، پایایی آن با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ (0.966) و پایایی ترکیبی محاسبه و تایید شد. تحلیل یافته‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزارهای spss و pls در سطح p≤0.05 انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که به ترتیب بعد حرفه‌ای‌گرایی بیشترین نقش را با تبیین 95 درصد، سپس بعد از آن بعد آموزش 94 درصد، متغیر یادگیری دانش‌آموزان با تبیین 86 درصد، بعد بعد مدیریت و سازماندهی با 86 درصد و در نهایت بعد جو یادگیری با 85 درصد از تغییرات متغیر ارزیابی عملکرد معلمان تربیت‌بدنی می‌کرد. همه ابعاد تحقیق با بار عاملی بالایی در ارزیابی عملکرد معلمان موثر بودند؛ این ابعاد بسته به ارزش‌ها و سیاست‌های حاکم بر ورزش مدارس می‌توانند به عنوان یک ابزار خودارزیابی برای بررسی عملکرد معلمان تربیت‌بدنی و ورزش کشور مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

Evaluating the governing pattern in physical education in schools from the teachers viewpoint based on the criteria National Association for Sport and Physical Education

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the current model of physical education in schools from the teachers’ point of view based on the criteria of the National Association of Sport and Physical Education. This research is descriptivesurvey based on the applied purpose and the method of collecting the findings. The research was applied in terms of purpose and descriptivesurvey in nature. The statistical population consisted of all teachers of sport in Gilan province (840 persons). Morgan table was used to determine the sample size. 270 sport teachers were selected as the sample of the study through cluster sampling. For data collection, a standard questionnaire was used to assess the performance of the teachers of the National Association for Exercise and Sports. To assess the validity of the questionnaire, the experts (n=10) were used. Instrument reliability was confirmed by Cronbach’s alpha (0.966) and structural validity. The data were analyzed using SPSS and PLS software at P≤0.05 level. The results showed that professionalism had the most role with 95 percent, then education with 94 percent, Students with learning variables explained 86 percent, management and organization with 86 percent and finally learning atmosphere with 85 percent of the variability was evaluating the performance of physical education teachers. All aspects of highfactor research were effective in evaluating teachers’ performance; these dimensions can be used as a selfassessment tool to assess the performance of physical education teachers and sports in the country, depending on the values and policies governing school sports.
