شناسایی عوامل کلیدی و راهبردی تعالی ساز آینده مطلوب ورزش همگانی ایران

نهادینه‌کردن ورزش همگانی در جامعه بیانگر توسعه پایدار کشور در ابعاد مختلف فرهنگی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی، سیاسی، فناوری و محیطی است. هدف از این تحقیق شناسایی عوامل کلیدی و راهبری تعالی‌ساز آینده مطلوب ورزش همگانی ایران می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر دارای پارادایم پست‌مدرن و رویکرد تحقیق آمیخته (کیفیکمی) و روش نمونه‌گیری انتخاب مشارکت‌کنندگان، هدفمند و گلوله برفی بوده است. در تجزیه‌وتحلیل پژوهش، با تحلیل محتوای 20 مصاحبه عمیق، تعداد 174 کد باز در 53 شاخص‌ تجمیع و دسته‌بندی گردید، شاخص‌ها در قالب فهرستی از سوالات بسته، بین 10 نفر از خبرگان با بهره‌گیری از تکنیک دلفی به اشتراک گذاشته شد و پس از سه دور مصاحبه دلفی و رسیدن به توافق گروهی، 36 عامل موثر ورزش همگانی ایران شناسایی گردید؛ سپس عوامل استخراج شده با تحلیل اثرات متقابل و استفاده از نرم‌افزار میک‌مک توسط 8 نفر از مشارکت کنندگان در شورای راهبردی پژوهش، مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت و در نهایت نتایج بیانگر شناسایی تعداد 13 عامل کلیدی و راهبردی بوده است. با آینده‌نگاری حول عوامل شناسایی‌شده، گرایش به سمت آینده مطلوب ورزش همگانی ایران افزایش خواهد یافت و با تدوین راهبردهای مطلوب حول این عوامل، رسیدن به تعالی و مطلوبیت ورزش همگانی در راستای نهادینه‌کردن این مهم در کشور تضمین خواهد شد.

Identification of key and strategic factors of excellence for the desirable future of Sport for all in Iran

The institutionalization of sport for all in society reflects the sustainable development of the country in various cultural, social, economic, political, technological and environmental aspects. The purpose of this study was to identification of key and strategic factors of excellence for the desirable future of Sport for all in Iran. The present study has a postmodern paradigm and a mixed (qualitativequantitative) research approach and participant selection method is targeted and snowballed. In the analysis of the research, by analyzing the content of 20 indepth interviews, 174 open source codes were aggregated and categorized into 53 indices. The indices were distributed among 10 experts using a Delphi technique and after three rounds Delphi interview and group agreement identified 36 effective factors of sport for all. Then, the factors extracted by cross impact analysis and using the micmac software were evaluated by 8 participants in the Strategic Research Council and finally the results were reported. Identification of 13 key and strategic factors has been identified. With the foresight around the identified factors, the tendency towards the desirable future of sport for all in Iran will increase, and the formulation of desirable strategies around these factors will ensure the achievement of the excellence and desirability of sport for all in institutionalizing this issue in the country.
