الگوی توسعه عدالت آموزشی در رشته علوم ورزشی (مطالعه موردی دانشگاه جهرم)

هدف تحقیق حاضر ارایه الگوی کیفی برای توسعه عدالت آموزشی در رشته علوم ورزشی بود که بصورت موردی در مورد رشته علوم ورزشی دانشگاه جهرم ارایه گردید. پژوهش حاضر یک پژوهش کیفی است که از نظر روش اجرای تحقیق، از رهیافت سیستماتیک گرندد تئوری در تحلیل داده‌ها بهره گرفته شد. با مرور پیشینه و مبانی نظری، فهرست مقدماتی به عنوان سوالات مصاحبه و ابزار اولیه جمع‌آوری داده‌ها مدنظر و راهنمای مصاحبه تدوین گردید. سپس سه جلسه با 21 نفر از دانشجویان کارشناسی و تحصیلات تکمیلی رشته علوم ورزشی به عنوان گروه های کانونی دانشگاه برگزار گردید. سعی شد که در انتخاب نمونه رعایت سهم مساوی (حدود7 نفر) دانشجویان خوب، متوسط و ضعیف مد نظر قرار گیرد. همچنین 12 مصاحبه با اساتید گروه و نخبگان عدالت آموزشی در دانشگاه جهرم صورت گرفت تا اینکه داده‌ها به اشباع نظری رسید و به عبارتی داده ها، تکرار داده های قبلی بودند. در تحلیل داده ها پس از فرآیند کدگذاری باز و محوری و با استناد به تحلیل عوامل به دست آمده، فرآیند کدگذاری انتخابی انجام شد. نتایج در دو بعد کلی بسترهای بی عدالتی آموزشی و راهبردهای عدالت آموزشی، الگوی نهایی تحقیق را شکل داد. مفاهیم کلی بدست آمده در بستر‌های بی عدالتی شامل امکانات، منابع آموزشی، تبعیض تحصیلی، قوانین، ویژگیهای فردی، اساتید، محتوای درسی و مکان جفرافیایی است و راهبردهای عدالت آموزشی شامل شفافیت، توسعه ارزیابی ها، آموزش، توسعه محلی و تعامل است. به هر حال پیشنهاد می شود تعاملات در سطح فراسازمانی و ارتقای آموزش و ارزیابی در بخش سازمانی در جهت کاهش بی عدالتی آموزشی مورد تاکید دانشگاه قرار گیرد.

Development Model of Educational Justice in the Feld of Sport Sciences(Case Study of Jahrom University)

The purpose of this study was to present a qualitative model for the development of educational justice in the field of sport science, which was presented in the case of Jahrom University. This study is a qualitative research method that systematic approach of Grounded theory was used to analyze the data. By reviewing the background and theoretical foundations, the introductory list was formulated as interview questions and the primary tool for collecting data and interviewing guide. Then, three sessions with 20 undergraduate and postgraduate students in the field of sport sciences were held as the focal points of the university. We tried to consider good, moderate, and poor students in equal choices (about 7 students). Also, 12 interviews were held with the faculty members and educational justice elite at Jahrom University until the data reached a theoretical saturation, meaning data was the same as previous data. In the analysis of the data, after the open and axial coding process, and based on the analysis of the obtained factors, the coding process was performed. Results in two general dimensions of educational injustice platforms and educational justice strategies formed the final pattern of research. General concepts derived from inequities include facilities, educational resources, academic discrimination, laws, personal characteristics, professors, content and geographic location, and educational justice strategies include transparency, development of evaluations, training, local development and interaction.
