تحلیل تصویر ذهنی دانشجویان کارشناسی ارشد مدیریت ورزشی از ادامه تحصیل در مقطع دکتری(رویکردی مبتنی بر تحلیل لایه‌ای علّی)

تصویر ذهنی دانشجویان از مفهوم ادامه تحصیل نمایانگر انتظارات و جهت‌گیری‌هایشان در آموزش عالی است. این تحقیق با هدف تحلیل لایه‌های تصویر ذهنی دانشجویان کارشناسی ارشد مدیریت ورزشی از ادامه تحصیل در مقطع دکتری انجام شد. با استفاده از روش کیفی و کاربرد استراتژی موردپژوهی داده‌هایی از طریق مصاحبه و گروه‌های کانونی جمع‌آوری شد. از طریق روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند مشارکت‌کنندگان در این تحقیق را 59 نفر از دانشجویان کارشناسی ارشد رشته مدیریت ورزشی تشکیل می‌دهند. به‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل مضامین و تکنیک تحلیل لایه‌ای علّی(cla) استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که دانشجویان کارشناسی ارشد مدیریت ورزشی دارای سه دسته تصویر ذهنی از مفهوم ادامه تحصیل در مقطع دکتری بوده که متاثر از بن‌مایه‌های تصویر ذهنی‌شان است. این سه دسته تصویر ذهنی شامل 1) ادامه تحصیل دهندگان ناچار،2) ادامه تحصیل دهندگان دلباخته علم، و 3) ادامه تحصیل دهندگان ریسک کننده هستند. به‌صورت کلی می‌توان این‌گونه نتیجه‌گیری کرد که این تصاویر ذهنی دانشجویان رشته مدیریت ورزشی از ادامه تحصیل در مقطع دکتری برآیند سیاست‌های آموزشی و فعل‌وانفعالات موجود در زیست جهان‌های دانشجویان در محیط‌های علمی مدیریت ورزشی است که بدین‌صورت نمایان شده است. نتایج این تحقیق می‌تواند راهگشای خوبی برای گسترش حوزه‌های مطالعاتی در مقاطع تحصیلات تکمیلی و همچنین انطباق سیاست‌های اشتغال و فناوری کشور با سیاست‌های آموزشی مربوط به رشته مدیریت ورزشی باشد.

Analysis of the Mental Image in M.A Sport Management`s Students from Continuing to Study at a Doctoral Degree (an Approach Based on Causal Layered Analysis)

The Mental image of Students from concept of continuing education represents their expectations and their orientation in higher education. The Aim of this study is Analysis of the Mental image in M.A sport management`s Students from continuing to study at a doctoral degree. Through qualitative method based on case study, data were collected in the form of interviews and focus groups. Through the purposive sampling method, the participants constitute 59 M.A students in the field of sport management. In order to analyze the data, the theme analysis Causal Layered Analysis (CLA) were used. The results showed that MA students in sport management had three mental images of the concept of continuing education at a doctoral degree. They are a) Compelled in Continuing Education, b) Science lover in Continuing Education, c) Risktaking in Continuing Education. It can be concluded that these Mental image in M.A sport management`s Students from continuing to study at a doctoral degree are result in educational policies and interactions in lifeworlds of Students in the scientific environments of sport management. The results of this study can be a good way to develop the fields of study in graduate studies. The results of this study can be useful for extending the fields in graduate degrees, as well as, can be useful for coordinating employment policies with educational policies related to the discipline of sport management.
