‌بررسی موانع موثر بر پذیرش و رعایت سیاست ها و قوانین محیط زیستی در رویدادهای ورزشی

تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی موانع موثر بر پذیرش و رعایت سیاست ها و قوانین محیطزیستی در ورزش طراحی و اجرا گردید. تحقیق حاضر از جمله تحقیقات آمیخته می باشد که به صورت روش های کیفی و کمی انجام گردید. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر شامل نخبگان و صاحب‌نظران در حوزه ورزش و محیط زیست بودند. روش نمونه گیری به صورت هدفمند بود. بدین منظور تعداد 12 نخبه و صاحب نظر به عنوان نمونه تحقیق انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری تحقیق حاضر ، مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و همچنین پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. در قسمت تجزیه و تحلیل کمی تحقیق، از روش معادلات ساختاری با رویکرد پی‌ال‌‌اس و همچنین روش الکتره و استفاده از نرم افزار الکتره اسلور استفاده شده است. نتایج کیفی تحقیق نشان داد که 21 ریزمانع موثر بر پذیرش و رعایت سیاست ها و قوانین محیطزیستی در ورزش از طریق مصاحبه های انجام شده استخراج گردید که این زیرموانع در 5 دسته مانع اقتصادی، سیاسی، فرهنگی، فنی و قانونی دسته بندی گردیدند. با توجه به نتایج روش الکتره مشخص گردیده که مانع قانونی با تعداد چیرگی 4 مهمترین مانع در پذیرش و رعایت قوانین و سیاست های محیط زیستی در ورزش می باشد. همچنین مانع فنی با تعداد چیرگی 3 دیگر مانع مهم در پذیرش و رعایت قوانین و سیاست های محیط زیستی در ورزش مشخص گردید.

Examining the Barriers Affecting the Admission and Observance of Environmental Policies and Regulations in Sport Events

The purpose of this study was to examining the barriers affecting the admission and observance of environmental policies and regulations in sport. The present research was mix method research that carried out in qualitative and quantitative methods. The statistical population of the study included elites and experts in the field of sport and environment. The sampling method was purposeful. For this purpose, 12 elites and experts were selected as the sample of the study. The instrument for collecting this research was a semistructured interview and a researchermade questionnaire. In the quantitative analysis have been used Structural Equation Method with PLS approach and Electre method and use of Solver Electre method. The qualitative research results showed that 21 effective Micro barrier were obtained for the admission and observance of environmental policies and regulations in sport through interviews, which were categorized in 5 categories of economic, political, cultural, technical and legal barriers. Regarding the results of the method of Electre, it has been determined that a legal barrier with an overloading number of 4 is the most important barrier to the adherence and observance of environmental laws and policies in sport. Also, technical barriers with the number of overtakes were another important obstacle in admitting and observing environmental regulations and policies in sport.
