شناسایی الگوهای ذهنی راهکارهای توسعه ورزش با رویکرد تربیتی در دانشگاه فرهنگیان کشور

تحقیق حاضرکه با استفاده از روش شناسی کیو انجام شد، با هدف کشف مدل ذهنی خبرگان در مورد راهکارهای توسعه ورزش در دانشگاه فرهنگیان با توجه به جنبه های تربیتی آن انجام گرفت. پژوهش بر اساس هدف کاربردی، به لحاظ ماهیت توصیفی اکتشافی و به دلیل کاربرد روش شناسی کیو از نوع پژوهش‌های آمیخته می باشد. جامعه پژوهش کلیه اساتید و کارشناسان خبره، پیشکسوتان ورزش دانشگاه، مدیران اداری و سرپرستان شبانه روزی فعال در این حوزه بودند که به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. برای انجام این پژوهش از نمودار کیو با توزیع شبه نرمال و توزیع اجباری استفاده شده است. داده‌ها به کمک تحلیل عاملی کیو تجزیه و تحلیل و ذهنیت های مختلف شرکت‌کنندگان شناسایی گردید. بر پایه نتایج پژوهش، نه (9) الگوی ذهنی متمایز در خصوص راهکارهای توسعه ی ورزش با رویکرد تربیتی در دانشگاه فرهنگیان شناسایی شد. عوامل انگیزشی بیرونی، ساخت و توسعه ی اماکن و تجهیزات مناسب و استاندارد، توجه به نیازهای جسمی، تربیتی و روانی افراد، امکان مشارکت اعضای خانواده و دوستان در فعالیت ها، درونی سازیِ ارزش مشارکت در برنامه های ورزشی، مدیریت و برنامه ریزی آگاهانه، تبلیغ و اطلاع رسانی مناسب، توجه به هزینه ها و مسائل مالی. الگوهای ذهنی استخراج شده می باشند. به طور کلی مدیریت دانشگاه فرهنگیان در صورت توجه به الگو های ذهنی استخراج شده می‌تواند به رشد و توسعه ورزش در دانشگاه و بهره مندی از آن کمک نموده و سازمان خود را در راستای اهداف عالی تعلیم و تربیتی هدایت نماید.

Identifying of mental paradigms of sports development strategies with the educational approach at Farhangian University

The study was conducted by Q methodology aimed to discover the experts’ mental model about sport development strategies with regards to its educational aspects at Farhangian University. The study base on the objective was of applied research, and with respect to nature was exploratory and descriptive and because of Qmethodology was of mixed researches. The population of the study included all the elite professors and experts, sports veterans at university, administrative directors, and supervisors who were active in this area. The research method was purposive and snowball sampling. In order to do this study, Q chart with seminormal distribution with mandatory distribution was used. Sorted data of participants were entered into SPSS software so that various mentalities of participants be identified using Q factor analysis. Based on the findings of this study, 9 distinctive mental paradigms regarding sports development strategies with the educational approach were identified at Farhangian University. Extracted mental paradigms included external motivational factors, development of appropriate and standardized facilities and equipment, paying attention to the physical, educational and psychological needs of individuals, the possibility of family and friends cooperation in activities, the internalization of the value of participation in sports programs at Farhangian University. The management of Farhangian University with regard to extracted mental models can facilitate the development of sport in the university and guide its organization towards the higher educational goals of the university.Keywords: Subjective patterns, Sport development, Farhangian University, Q methodology
