شناسایی و ارزیابی شایستگی‌های کانونی شغلی دانشجویان و دانش آموختگان تربیت بدنی و علوم ورزشی

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی و ارزیابی شایستگی‌های کانونی شغلی دانشجویان و دانش آموختگان تربیت بدنی و علوم ورزشی بود. این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش سندی تحلیلی و پیمایشی بود، زیرا با بررسی ادبیات تحقیق همراه با مصاحبه، ابتدا فهرستی از مهمترین شایستگی‌های کانونی شغلی دانشجویان و دانش آموختگان تربیت بدنی و علوم ورزشی شناسایی و سپس به روش دلفی پالایش و نهایتا از طریق تحلیل عاملی تاییدی، فهرست نهایی مورد تایید قرار گرفت. در مرحله آخر از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته برای بررسی وضعیت هر یک از مولفه ها و متغیرهای اصلی سازه استفاده شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را کلیه دانشجویان و دانش آموختگان رشته تربیت بدنی و علوم ورزشی دانشگاه های دولتی شهر تهران تشکیل می دادند که بر اساس جدول تعیین حجم نمونه آماری مورگان و همکاران، بیشترین تعداد نمونه به میزان 384 نفر ملاک عمل قرار گرفت و نهایتا 350 پرسشنامه غیر مخدوش به دست آمد. جهت انجام محاسبات آماری از نرم‌افزارهای «لیزرل» و«اس.پی.اس.اس» استفاده شد و نتایج نشان داد که وضعیت شایستگی های کانونی شغلی دانشجویان و دانش آموختگان رشته تربیت بدنی و علوم ورزشی کشور به طور معنی داری در وضعیت پایین تر از حد مطلوب قرار داشته است. بنابراین لازم است تا با افزایش مهارت های عمومی و پایه ای در کنار توانمندی های تخصصی و فنی، این امکان برای دانشجویان و دانش آموختگان رشته تحصیلی تربیت بدنی و علوم ورزشی فراهم گردد تا در بازار کار به گونه ای موفق تر نسبت به سایرین رقابت نمایند.

Identifying and assessing the focal occupational competencies of students and graduates of physical education and sports science

The purpose of this study was to identifying and evaluating occupational focal competencies of students and graduates of physical education and sports science. This research was applied in a descriptive, analytical and analytical way. By examining the research literature along with the interview, first, a list of the most important occupational focal competencies of students and graduates of physical education and sports sciences was identified and then refined in Delphi. Eventually, the final list was approved through a confirmatory factor analysis. In the last step, a researchermade questionnaire was used to examine the status of each of the components and main structural variables. The statistical population of this study was all students and graduates of physical education and sports science universities of Tehran. According to Morgan et al., The highest sample size was 384, and finally 350 Nondefective questionnaire was obtained. Statistical analysis was performed using laserl and spss softwares and the results showed that the status of career focal competencies of students and graduates of physical education and sport sciences in the country was significantly lower in the lower status Has been in the best position. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the basic and basic skills, along with the technical and technical capabilities, to provide students and graduates of the field of physical education and sport sciences with a view to more successful competition in the labor market than others.
